The 15.2 sqm room was my home for the last six years. The square cut makes it easy to set up and there is a TV connection. Unfortunately, the carpet is not really the most beautiful, but it can be exchanged when moving in. (The other rooms now have laminate and the work is really worth it). The room is unfurnished.
The kitchen is small but fine and impresses with its dishwasher. Thanks to its own renovation a few years ago, however, enough room for dishes etc. In the large bathroom there is a shower tub and a washing machine. Thanks to the large shelves you have enough space for your own things.
There is a basement compartment, a bicycle cellar and a dry floor for laundry.
The house is located on the Kesseldorferstraße, so the connection is really mega. The 6,7 and 12. A bit down the road are more supermarkets (Rewe, Edeka, DM etc.) and the stop Tharanterstraße from where the 61 is heading towards Uni. The main railway station is under 10 minutes by train and the old and new town can be reached in under 20 minutes. On the other side of the street, directly opposite, is a diner (almost also with vegan option) and the greenberry shop where you can also buy something to drink after 10:00.
I had the great luck to spend six years in this great Wg, now I'm moving with my girlfriend and I'm going to have to take a heavy heart off. The common life is based on honest ones in mind the life, success and concern of others. We usually find ourselves in the kitchen again, where five minutes, sometimes five hours are quatched with each other, even a spontaneous round UNO Flip is played. Also WG excursions to the new city, going to dance together or celebrating together WG Christmas is part of living together. If you want to be part of a common fellow, come to the WG!
Nina (23) is our newest member if you have questions about plants or how to make ginger shots yourself Nina is the right opponent. She studied spatial development and natural resource management in the Master and has been part of the WG for a few months. She just rediscovers her creative hobbys and is always for a taste.
Heleen (22) has been living in the WG for almost two years. It enriches every conversation with its positive energy. She studies mechanical engineering at the HTW and spends her spare time with a changing range of hobby, cocking, sewing, sports, running in winter before all the ice. Whether drinking tea together, going to dance or playing overcooked, it is actually inspiring for everything.
Henri (27) has been living in the WG for over six years. I moved a few months after him, fortunately! Because when I noticed building up at the furniture that I did not overskin a tool, Henri, who then made an education as a roomman, was at the start. Without him, I probably wouldn't have a ceiling lamp until today. In the meantime, he studies architecture at the TU and works at the Semperoper. If he doesn't just build soap boxes with his friends or sits in the lift, he builds in his room on his latest model or plays video games.
