The rectangular room has a south-facing window and is therefore naturally illuminated at noon. The window shows the courtyard and is therefore pleasantly quiet.

Light laminate is laid as a floor.

With the exception of the chair, the room is handed over with the high-quality furniture shown in the pictures at the price of EUR 800.00 (delivery agreement). The furniture is largely new acquisitions due to my own move in December 2022.

There is an equipped kitchen, a bathroom with tub and window as well as a beautiful large hallway. In addition, a lower (bicycle) cellar belongs to the apartment, and there is an attic with laundry cellar. Bicycles can also be parked in the courtyard.

Located in the heart of Strehlen near the Wasaplatz and at the S-Bahn station Strehlen, you are well connected. The TU is 10 minutes away and the tram will take you home at night.

Everything for daily needs is very close and the large garden is also within walking distance. In the immediate vicinity you have the choice between six bakers, a DM and a consumption. In 3min you can reach a Lidl and a net by bike, in 10min a purchase country. Two pharmacies are also nearby, just like a doctor's house.

At the Wasaplatz there are various buses and trains in all directions. In a five-minute walk you are at the S-Bahn station Strehlen.

Linda is currently a doctorate in chemistry. She likes to climb and plays violin. She also bakes delicious cakes and likes to talk in the kitchen.

Linda has an interest in common cooking and baking evenings and is also happy to meet in the kitchen for food or drink.

So she knows you read the ad: tell her your favorite cake.
