Dein zukünftiges Zimmer bietet mit seinen knapp 13 qm, hoher Decke und großem Doppelfenster (inclusive Außenrollo) plus Fensterbank und eine kleine, aber feine Möglichkeit zur heimischen Selbstverwirklichung, Bepflanzung, zum Abhängen, Zurückziehen - whatever du damit vor hast - sodass du dich in kürzester Zeit in deinen neuen 4 Wänden einleben und wohlfühlen kannst. Mit dem bereits eingebauten Hochbett, musst du dich zusätzlich nicht mal um ein Bett kümmern.🙃
On top gibts eine komplett möblierte und mit allen Utensilien ausgestattete Wohnküche mit Balkon, die für uns alle als gemeinsames Wohnzimmer, Café, Teilzeit-Kneipe, Kleingartenanlage und natürlich Kochgelegenheit besteht, damit du auch genügend Space für (gemeinsame) Koch-und Backsessions, Trinkabende oder einfach nur zum rumhängen außerhalb deines Zimmers besitzt.
Weiterhin ist die Wohnung mit ihren 80 qm, großem Bad mit Wanne und kleinem Wasch- bzw. Abstellzimmer generell ein ziemlich offener Raum in dem Klaustrophobie auf jeden Fall keinen Platz findet

In terms of location, you are in the heart of the city. With 5 minutes to the next tram stop (Manitiusstraße, Line 1) and bus stop (Waltherstraße, Line 68), as well as another 3-4 (depending on how fast your legs run through the streets - with existing bike of course even faster) to the station Mitte (all RB's as well as Tram and S-Bahn connection), you will definitely have all the possibilities to get to the university in no time.
Otherwise you will find a discounter of your confidence aka net, 3 fast restaurants of the aka Dominos, Döner and Asia-Restaurant, as well as possibilities of play sports aka table tennis tables on the grounds of the Friedrichstädter Hospital (approved). In addition, a few foot-minutes continue with the "Flutrinne" and the green Trümmerberg also offer the possibility of relaxing walks. You can reach the Elbe by train, bicycle or by foot in a maximum of 15 minutes.
Your future roommates are Helm (34) Pizza bakers from Passion & Hip-Hop Connaisseur first hour, our WG-Katze Nala (5) playful & sweet and Toni (27) aspiring elementary-class jeongleur and culture aficionado.
Our WG life consists largely of a colourful mix of the common dining/breakfasts/coffee or beer drink, mutual decapitation after work and/or university, play with the cat, as well as simply remain in the respective premises and do what humans are doing. Privacy is kept as high as common activities, but even if our room doors are closed, we both get activated as well as always for at least a small talk between door and fishing, evening beer or a common cooking session.
Last but not least, we cultivate a good friendship with our two neighboring WG's on the floor about us, with whose residents can in any case be at least as much done as with us.
And otherwise? Isn't that much to mention?
Racism, homophobia, LGBTQI+ embarrassment and other similarity of marginalizing or discriminating thoughts should of course not float in your head and the only important bureaucratic point that you should fulfill is to bring a guarantee or the respective salary certificate for rental, because without one of both, unfortunately, no rental relationship with our house administration can be achieved.
Everything else is better informed about a relaxed coffee, food, beer, or whatever is offered in time!
