Welcome to WG
before: We are looking for someone who can safely say that he wants to stay here for at least 1 year. We have an ad for a room for 3 months.
With us in the GH9 a large beautiful (if necessary partially furnished) room is free!
It is 20 square meters tall and through the two large windows comes a lot of light. There is also floor heating.
I would like to make a part of the furniture against a detachment: the large wardrobe, the coat rack, the desk and the chair. We can talk more exactly when you come by. :

Hallo liebe WG Suchende💫
WG is located in the Leipzig suburbs, about 7 minutes walk from Neustadt Train Station. Directly in front of the house, line 3, which will take you to the new city within 5 minutes, in 15 minutes directly to the centre of Dresden and in 20 minutes to university. Shops are two Lidl, one of them at the Neustadt station, which also has a Sunday and a holiday open. We also like to go to the VG, the bio market is also nearby.
The entire house has about 30 WGs and a large courtyard with bicycle parking. From time to time, parties in the courtyard that are usually announced before.
You live together with Maik, Jakob, Henny, Li, Lena & Lena.
We like to sit together in the kitchen and chat, sometimes cooked together, most preferably there are tacos of Jacob.
We have a cleaning plan that works well. It is necessary to pay attention to the dishwasher, otherwise it is stacked quickly, but otherwise we are a clean WG, which is also worth considering that you feel comfortable. :
Lena already works in a company that plans and constructs renewable energies, wind and photovoltaics. But now she wants to do her master's degree and therefore studies next door (sometimes overambitioned) in Chemnitz Economic Engineering. Now it seems like she's never there, but you can see her very often in the kitchen, where you can also laugh with her!
Henny studies social work in Görlitz and works alongside as a garden aid. You'll probably meet her in her pink Hello-Kitty bathroom in the kitchen. A respectful and friendly relationship is very important to her. It feels nice if you don't just live next to each other, but you can still retreat.
Jakob is sympathetic, all-rounder and extremely good-looking and has not helped to create this description. He likes to cook for everyone, even if he always feels quite stressed;) He also likes to ride racing bikes, to the gym, celebrations with his friends (which you can see more often) and travels.
Maik is really such a relaxed guy. He is interested in current world events and is also very happy to conduct debates on politics or history. Going to demos with him is great!
Li's doing her degree in self-study, so usually at home. It deals a lot with the design and optimization of the WG. In addition, she crochets a lot and is mainly the flower mama (Lena and Henny also). She reads many (feminist) books and likes to conduct debates on current topics. With it you can always spontaneously enter the new city, the coveted biospäti or just talk in the evening sun on the balcony!
Lena will also relocate with us from March for half a year. She just finished her studies and works in a bar in the New Town.
From October, Nina comes back from her Erasmus from Bella Italia.
Hello, dear people looking for a shared flat💫
We have a free *partly furnished* big and bright room for rent starting from March.
The little casting for the room will be in English.
The room is about 20 m2 and is in a shared flat where seven people live together. It has two windows and is freshly painted.
I'd like to leave some of the furniture here for a little sum of money: the desk, chair, wardrobe and clothes rail. We can talk about further details when you're here. So in case you don't have furniture yet, it will be a lot easier for you. :)
The shared flat is in the Leipziger Vorstadt, about 7 minutes walk from Neustadt train station. Line 3 stops right in front of the house, which takes you to Neustadt in 5 minutes, to the center of Dresden in 15 minutes and to the university in 20 minutes. There are 2 Lidl's for shopping, one of which is at Neustadt train station, which is also open on Sundays and public holidays. We also like to go to the VG, the organic market is also nearby.
The entire house has about 30 shared flats and a large inner courtyard with bicycle parking. From time to time there are parties in the inner courtyard, but these are usually announced in advance. There is also a lot to write about shared flat life, given the size of the flat.
You will live with Jakob, Maik, Henny, Li, Lena & Lena.
We have a cleaning schedule that works well. You have to pay attention to the dishwasher, otherwise it piles up quickly, but otherwise we are a clean shared flat that also values feeling comfortable :)
We like to sit together in the evening and sometimes cook together (favorite: Tacos!).
Lena already works in a company that plans and builds renewable energies, wind and photovoltaics. But now she wants to do her master's and is therefore studying industrial engineering in Chemnitz on the side (a bit overambitious). It seems as if she is never there now, but you often see her in the kitchen, where you can laugh with her! :D She also likes jogging and takes dance classes in contemporary dance.
Henny is studying social work in Görlitz and works part-time as a gardener. You will definitely see her in the kitchen in her pink Hello Kitty bathrobe. A respectful and friendly atmosphere is very important to her. She thinks it's nice when you don't just live next to each other, but you can still retreat.
Jakob starts working in October. Jakob is friendly, all-rounder and extremely good-looking and did not help to create this description. He always loves to cook for everyone (preferably tacos), even if he always seems pretty stressed ;) He also likes to ride his racing bike, go to the gym, party with his friends (who you often see here) and travel.
Maik is such a relaxed guy. He is interested in current world events and also enjoys having debates about politics or history. Going to demonstrations with him is great!
Li is currently doing her A-levels on her own, so she is mostly at home. She spends a lot of time designing and optimizing the shared apartment. She also crochets a lot and is, above all, the flower mom (Lena and Henny too). She reads a lot of (feminist) books and enjoys having debates about current topics. You can always spontaneously go to Neustadt with her, to the popular Biospäti or just to have a chat in the evening sun on the balcony!
Lena will move here as well in March. She currently finishes her studies and works in a bar. She lives in Nina's room who is going to be in Bella Italia for her Erasmus and will be back in October.
