The apartment is located in the quiet and pretty Löbtau. In 5 minutes of walking distance there are two stops (Conertplatz, Malterstraße), from which you can easily reach all locations in Dresden by trains 6, 7 and 12. The nearest supermarket is about a 7-minute walk away and the university can also be reached with the Öffis in about 20 minutes, by bike in 10-15 - depending on the condition :D. the Annenfriedhof or the Conertplatz with the famous adjacent Cross River Café.

Die Wohnung befindet sich im ruhigen und hübschen Löbtau. In 5 Minuten Laufentfernung befinden sich zwei Haltestellen (Conertplatz, Malterstraße), von denen aus man bequem mit den Bahnen 6, 7 und 12 sämtliche Orte in Dresden erreichen kann. Der nächste Supermarkt ist etwa 7 Gehminuten entfernt und auch die Uni erreicht man mit den Öffis in etwa 20 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in 10-15 - je nach Kondition :D Zum Chillen und Spazierengehen im Grünen lädt z. B. der Annenfriedhof oder auch der Conertplatz mit dem berühmten angrenzenden Cross River Café ein.

You'd live with me, Sofie. I've been studying psychology in Dresden for 1.5 years. Away from the university I like cycling, go for a walk and drink coffee (especially in the Cross River Café around the corner). Otherwise, I like to cook with others, and always look forward to chatting in the kitchen. I also like to have evening activities such as celebrating in the industrial area or chilling at the Elbe.

However, as I need a change in my time in Dresden, I will also move out of the apartment relatively soon and you could choose a person you would like to live with. It would still be important to me not to live past each other, as I am not a fan of purpose WGs and this should not be any. So if you're interested in this room, I'd be happy if you write me a little bit about you and how you imagine the WG life.

Du würdest mit mir, Sofie, zusammenwohnen. Ich bin 21 Jahre alt und studiere seit 1,5 Jahren Psychologie in Dresden. Abseits von der Uni fahre ich sehr gerne Fahrrad, gehe gerne spazieren und Kaffee trinken (besonders im Cross River Café um die Ecke). Ansonsten koche ich sehr gerne, am liebsten mit anderen, und freue mich immer darüber, in der Küche zu quatschen. Ich bin auch gerne für abendliche Aktivitäten wie feiern im Industriegelände oder chillen an der Elbe zu haben.

Da ich jedoch in meiner Zeit in Dresden nochmal eine Veränderung brauche, werde ich auch relativ bald aus der Wohnung ausziehen und du könntest selbst eine Person auswählen, mit der du gern zusammenwohnen möchtest. Es wäre mir trotzdem wichtig, nicht aneinander vorbeizuleben, da ich kein Fan von Zweck-WGs bin und das hier auch keine werden soll. Wenn du also interessiert an diesem Zimmer bist, würde ich mich freuen, wenn du mir bisschen was über dich schreibst und wie du dir das WG-Leben vorstellst.

There is a bicycle shelter outside and a bicycle room in the basement. In addition, there are laundry lines in the basement in an extra room as well as in the garden, so no annoying clothes rack has to stand around in the room.

Neben Spülmaschine und geräumiger Küche, in der man auch gut mal mit Freund*innen einen Spieleabend o.ä. veranstalten kann, verfügt die Wohnung über ein Kellerabteil, eine Grünfläche direkt am Haus, auf der man im Sommer die Sonne genießen und die Wäsche aufhängen kann. Es gibt einen Fahrradunterstand draußen sowie einen Fahrradraum im Keller. Außerdem sind sowohl im Keller in einem extra Raum als auch im Garten Wäscheleinen vorhanden, sodass kein lästiger Wäscheständer im Zimmer rumstehen muss.
