Oh ever, 8sqm as WG rooms are really very small... but this number only gives up the living space! The area of the small room is 10sqm. The difference is made by the roof bevels, which ensure that not all the square meters are computed. Thus one has more area than one might suspect... :)
Immediately from the scene district of Neustadt (7 min walk to the Alauenpark) lies the small detached house, which is now inhabited as 4 he WG after loving reconstruction.
There are 2 renovated bathrooms in the house, as well as a naturally grown garden that can be reached from the kitchen via the terrace. A coffee in the morning, with the view of the birds or the pond, is therefore nix in the way.
About the room: Small but fine! :) A bed fits slantly both in length.
After agreement, a few furniture (bed, desk, wardrobe) can also be taken over against small money.
It is convenient for transport and still no traffic noise, as it is a quiet side road. A little like a village.
Sage, Ruccola, currants and raspberries we can now eat from the garden every year. Next year we want to cultivate more cultures together. Our organic waste lands with us in the garden-owned compost, which we are reconfiguring once a year. You also want to grow your own vegetables and love to see flowers for butterflies? Then you are right with us :)

I am Pauline (37) and, together with my roommates Tom (27) and Janina (30), I am looking for an open-minded person to move into our kleies house.
Life together is very harmonious and quite loose. From time to time there are games, we cook for each other or celebrate birthdays. Hard rituals are not there, everything arises as the pleasure and mood is. Everyone has his own life, so you can relax and don't have to be there anywhere.
The kitchen is the place where you can meet a common cup or tea spontaneously at the WE. In the garden you can (also together) relax and whip your own beet if you want to....Or simply relax at the pond on the deck and enjoy the concert of the frogs & birds.
We place value on order and cleanliness without being too pingelic. We have a cleaning plan to make sure everyone's on it and don't forget it. But we are all looking after when stressful times make sure that only one or two days later the bathroom flashes again. :

The 15€ "Other costs" include GEZ and Internet.
The 95,00 € additional costs are set slightly higher on purpose, so you get something back every year with "high" security (if prices do not increase further).
It is important to know that we can do masterpieces (such as garbage cans, clean roof gutters, mowing lawns, composts, or keep our walk free from greens/rubs) to keep the costs low.
