Dear Sir or Madam,
Next semester I will be studying at UCD so I'm looking for an accommodation from the 15th of January to the 15th of May (the dates are flexible) between the city centre and the university (Dublin 1, 2, 4 and 8) near a bus stop if possible. I can ho up to 900€/month. I would prefer a flat share but not a shared room. Please let me know if you have anything vacant.
I'm a french female student, I like to meet new people and talk around a drink. I don't mind smoking and i love pets.
