Hello hello,
I’m a (increasingly desperate) German PhD researcher in my early 30s, tactful, nonsmoker, and have no pets. I have a scholarship from Trinity College Dublin, where I also lecture, and am simultaneously employed by NUI Galway as a part-time lecturer. I can provide references from previous landlords, confirmation of employment/funding, and any other information you may require by email.
I am open to many different kinds of accommodation: one-bedroom flats/studios, rooms in shared houses/flats, mobile homes in someone's backyard/farmyard, houseboats, mid-sized caves etc. etc.
Please let me know if you offer any of these or have any advice on how to navigate the housing crisis in Dublin.
