The apartment is furnished; buying the common-furniture share (1/3 of the current value) and some furniture of the room is required. But these payments can be made in installments.
The rent is ca. 450€ which includes your share of cold rent, additional costs (paid to the landlord), electricity, internet, gas, and Rundfunkbeitrag.

Vlad has been living here for over a year and works as a dental assistant. Jan-Lukas is usually in Düren for work 2-3 days a week, so he isn’t at the shared apartment very often. Both value respectful communication, openness, and hygiene.
Vlad wohnt seit über einem Jahr Jahr hier und arbeitet als Zahnarzthelfer. Jan-Lukas ist beruflich meist 2-3 Tage pro Woche in Düren, weshalb er nicht so oft in der WG ist. Beide legen großen Wert auf einen respektvollen Umgang miteinander, Offenheit und Hygiene.
