Beautiful, quiet and light-flooded room with about 16 m2 on the 3rd floor (under the attic).
A common kitchen with washing machine, fridge, stove and oven is also rented. The room also has a large closet with plenty of storage space and a 1.40 m bed! Perfect if you don't have so many furniture as Studi.
Per tenant comes 515€ costs (425€ cold + 90€ NK) together, electricity and Internet (currently 65.67€ total) excluded.
The apartment is located near the S-Bahn station Völkinger Straße. A John Reed is next to it.
The Düsseldorf Arcaden and the Bilk S tram stop are within walking distance. 12 minutes away.
Aldi and drink are located in the immediate vicinity (3 minutes walk) to the apartment, perfect for daily shopping. In addition, many other shops, the sweet Loretto street and the media port are within walking distance.
In addition, the apartment is close to the Sternwartpark, where you can stay in nice weather.
Lara will live with you in the WG. Lara will, however, join her friend in the coming year, which is why you will soon be able to choose your own cohabitation!
Here is a brief description of Ruzica about Lara: Lara is currently making her Master in Anglistik an der HHU. Her Hobbies include concerts, she actively engages Viva con Agua, reads & listens to various genres and is happy to travel in Düsseldorf. Lara is a super dear and caring person who quickly becomes a good friend! You can find out the rest in a personal conversation with us :)
As Ruzica already lives with her boyfriend and the room only has to prepare for your arrival, we can make the arrival date flexible from January onwards. The latest collection date would be 01.02.
Know-how talks will be held on Saturday 11th, so if you are interested, you should have time and desire for a conversation this day :)
Besides: I would like to leave my mattress for free. It cost 400€, is one year old and was used about 6 months. I just think it's a pity if I had to dispose of it and I want to give it to you.
