Your room in a shared flat is completely furnished as well as the rest of the flat. The rent includes heating, electricity, gas, additional costs & WiFi.
You can use the washing machine and the complete kitchen equipment. Fresh sheets and towels are also included.

You will sleep on a confi single bed (sofa or bed look, as you prefer). The closets in your room are empty and offer plenty of space for your personal things. The windows are facing a quiet backyard.
In the hallway is enough space for your outdoor jackets and shoes and in the bathroom your towels and hygiene items will have a comfortable place.

I live enviromentaly conscious and manly use natural cleaning products (allergy friendly and sustainable)
* Although I like the vintage look of my bath, it will be modernized in 2025.

The flat is located in a residential street (30km/h) of a green neighborhood. In a 5 minutes walk you get to the hotspots of the charming center of D-Flingern. Here you find many leisure facilities, cafe bars, great restaurants, galleries, individual takeaways, an art foundation, arthouse cinema, turkish Hammam, Thai Massage and lots more.

For your daly needs you also find different supermarkets, bakeries, international vegetable stores, bio-market, pharmacy, post office, ATM, bike and scooter rental, hairdresser & barber shop, second hand- and concept stores and a farmers market on Saturday.

We are living super close to public transports. The nearest tram- and bus stops are just around the corner; the S-Bahn station to go to the airport a 4-min walk away; the Central Station only 2 stops or a 10-min walk. Right in front of the Central Station you find two theaters, a Multiplex Cinema and the modern Public Central Library with free computer workspaces, cafeteria and terrace.

To the historical town, the KÖ, Little Tokyo, the river Rhine, HSD, HHU, and the Forest you can go easily by public transports or by bike.

We will share kitchen, balcony & bathroom
… and moments as much as we have time and interest.
I‘m friendly, tidy, respectful and used to communicate in agreement with others.
Everything is possible, nothing necessary.

As a professional artist/art therapist and Styling-freelancer I lived abroad for many years in quite different constellations. I‘m open-minded and since my daughter left the house for her studies, I enjoy the company of people from various places.
I like fresh food but I hate to eat alone.
So I‘ll be happy to connect if you like to.

I can recommend every thing you are looking for in the area, so you‘ll quickly feel at home.

*** If you need just a sleepover and want to stay for only one or two nights it is 45 €.
