The room is fully equipped with large bed, wardrobe, couch, desk, wardrobe, mini-drink refrigerator and various small furniture. Bed linen and towels are provided. The apartment has new shower rooms, guest toilet, a spacious living-dining area and a 120sqm large roof terrace. Photos will be sent via Whats App. Washing machine and tumble dryer are also available, as well as a printer and high speed internet.
Once a week, the apartment (with the exception of the rented rooms) is thoroughly cleaned by the landlord.
The apartment is in absolutely central location. At the upper end of the Königsallee, on the Adersstrasse. There are two underground stations near the run (Graf-Adolf-Platz & Königsallee) and the tram junction "Berliner Alee" right outside the door. In the block there are three supermarkets, two drugstore markets, various pharmacies, a program cinema, two theatres and a gym (John Reed) In short: the central is not possible!
The apartment is so spacious that it offers a perfect blend of proximity and distance. Everyone can retreat into his fully equipped room and the living area as well as the roof terrace provide enough space to meet or to spend time with guests from outside. You can also cook and eat together.
For a planned rental period of three months or less than three months, the rental amount is EUR 650.-
The rent is plus 7 percent VAT. In the case of excerpt, a cost package of EUR 100 will be required for basic cleaning, disinfection and any beauty repairs.
We don't raise a deposit, we trust in our abdominal feeling. But it is important to us that the roommates fit us. Experience has simply shown that it is better to live with roommates who are similar. Our jobs or courses are very important to all of us, we do them with passion and enthusiasm. We all like to cook fresh and like to do sports. We'd be happy to crumble together, or we're going to celebrate. We're all non-smoking. "Sharing is caring" is our motto and correspondingly generous we are going around. We are always looking forward to new, interesting roommates... oh and from time to time is a dog to visit for several days. So you shouldn't suffer from a dog phobia.
