ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin bzw. einen Mitbewohner, die/der eine helle und aufwendig neu sanierte 115m2 große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung im gehobenen Stil und im Grünen teilen möchte.
Das eigene Zimmer hat ca. 20m2. Die restliche Wohnung teilen wir uns. Die 3 Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, wie auch die Küche, das Bad und der Balkon. Das dritte Zimmer ist das Wohnzimmer. Die Wohnung ist generell sehr hell durch die bodentiefe Verglasung und die Süd-West-Lage. Das zu vermietende Zimmer kann ich möbliert oder unmöbliert anbieten.
Es wurde bei der Sanierung des Hauses sehr viel Wert auf Wärme- und Schalldämmung gelegt.Das Haus wurde passivhaus-ähnlich kernsaniert. Die Heiz- und Nebenkosten sind dadurch niedrig.
