I am looking for a roommate or a roommate who wants to share a bright and elaborately refurbished 115m2 large 3-room apartment in upscale style and in green.
The own room has about 20m2. We share the rest of the apartment. The 3 rooms are very spacious as well as the kitchen, the bathroom and the balcony. The third room is the living room. The apartment is generally very bright due to the floor depth glazing and the south-west position. I can offer the room for rent furnished or unfurnished.
The house was refurbished with a great deal of value for heat and sound insulation.The house was refurbished in a passive house-like manner. The heating and auxiliary costs are therefore low.

The apartment is 250m from the Rhine in a very quiet, green and pleasant area.The nearest recreation area, the North Park, is within walking distance. The apartment is located to the southwest and has floor depth windows. The location of the apartment is very convenient. There are very good connections to the ÖPNV, the airport, the exhibition grounds as well as the motorways A52, A44, A57, B7 and B8. The next ÖPNV stop (Reeser Platz) is 150m away.
I am open and uncomplicated and like to take something with my friends and/or with my roommate as it arises.
I like and regularly sports and work with languages.

There are shops and restaurants nearby. There are good recreation possibilities offered by the proximity of the Rhine and the Nordpark.
The elevator is very large. The bathroom has large tiles and a towel warmer. There is a floor heating. The floor consists of oak parquet and tiles. Warm water treatment is done with solar support. The windows are triple glazed and the walls are specially insulated. This has a very energy-conscious effect and reduces the additional costs.
The rental price mentioned here is per person per month.
