ich suche eine Mitbewohnerin bzw. einen Mitbewohner für meine WG im Düsseldorfer Norden. Wir teilen uns die 115m2 große 3-Zimmer-Wohnung. Das Haus wurde 2011 komplett passivhaus-ähnlich saniert. Es gibt eine Solaranlage auf dem Dach. Die Nebenkosten sind niedrig. Die 3 Zimmer sind sehr geräumig, wie auch die Küche, das Bad und der Balkon. Die Wohnung ist durch die bodentiefe Verglasung und die Süd-West-Lage ganztägig hell. Das eigene Zimmer des Mitbewohners und auch mein Zimmer sind ca. 20m2 groß. Das vermietete Zimmer ist möbliert. Das dritte Zimmer ist das Wohnzimmer.
Die hier genannte Miete ist pro Person und Monat. Die Dauer ist flexibel vereinbar.
