Dank der Lage am Lessingplatz ist es bei uns aber immer verhältnismäßig ruhig und beschaulich, sodass du dich wunderbar entspannen kannst. Du kannst auch ganz bequem zu Fuß zu Lidl, REWE, Penny und einem Getränkemarkt gehen.

Flatshare Type: We are a colorful bunch with the most diverse interests – whether football, music, art, movies, cooking or politics, with us something is there for everyone. There are no regular mandatory events and no cleaning plan, because we attach great importance to our new roommate feeling comfortable in WG life. We enjoy putting ourselves together at the fireplace or in front of the beamer, taking care of each other and taking responsibility for the maintenance of the apartment together. Since almost all of us have a Nine-to-Five job, it's usually a little quieter in the week. But for beer or wine there's always someone who's great! We have a cleansing power that cleanses the common spaces every two weeks, but we can clean them up and clean them up. 😊

Flatshare Type: Wir sind ein bunter Haufen mit den unterschiedlichsten Interessen – ob Fußball, Musik, Kunst, Filme, Kochen oder Politik, bei uns ist für alle etwas dabei. Es gibt keine regelmäßigen Pflichtveranstaltungen und keinen Putzplan, denn wir legen großen Wert darauf, dass sich unser*e neue*r Mitbewohner*in im WG-Leben wohlfühlt. Wir genießen es, uns zusammen an den Kamin oder vor den Beamer zu setzen, uns umeinander zu kümmern und gemeinsam die Verantwortung für die Instandhaltung der Wohnung zu übernehmen. Da fast alle von uns einen Nine-to-Five-Job haben, ist es in der Woche üblicherweise etwas ruhiger. Aber für Bier oder Wein findet sich eigentlich immer jemand, das ist doch super! :) Wir haben zwar eine Reinigungskraft, die alle zwei Wochen die Gemeinschaftsräume putzt, aber hinter uns herräumen und saubermachen können wir trotzdem alle. 😊
