Hi all! Please introduce yourself, doesn't have to be long.

The appartment is a duplex that was recently renovated (April 2024), with new windows, recently painted and isolated. The distribution of the appartment is as follows:

First floor: i) A living room, main kitchen (fully equipped) , one bathroom, one balcony and two bedrooms (one would be yours with access to the balcony).
Second floor: i) A small kitchen, one bathroom, one balcony and two bedrooms. (No pictures of the second floor here)

*One available room* of 24 mts.
As you can see in the pictures, the room enjoys from a lot of space and it comes with a huge Wardrobe with mirrors and a regal. I'm taking the other things that you see in the pictures. The room also has a private access to the balcony, which is shared among all in the WG and has a pretty view to the garden behind the buklding, which you can also use for grills or chilling.

The appartment is already equipped with a couch, a regal, dinning table, and a washing machine, among others for which your are expected to pay €155 as Abschlag.

We are located in Mozartstraße, very close to Shadowstraße and Pempelfort. It's a quiet street, with an Aldi and an Edeka in the area. There are many other shops and restaurants near by.

I'm David and I'm looking for one person to take over my room in a 4 people WG. Your roommates will be Jonas (28, German), Lina (22, Colombian) and Salome (32, German). Jonas work office hours from 8-5 with somes days doing home-office. Salome works as midwife in the Uni-Klinik with rotating shifts and Lina is doing her Ausbildung as Pflegedienst.

They all speak German and sometimes English.

We are chilled people that enjoy having a few drinks, quatschen, sports and enjoy the common spaces of the apartment.

The guys are open to not just have roomies but also build nice friendships if we click to that level. But of course we also respect privacy so if you want to stay in your room, or cook by yourself, it's also fine. We also enjoy having our personal time.
The guys expect someone clean and organize, able to meet the cleaning plan.
