I live in a terraced house with garden in the Rath district and have a free WG room. The property is fully furnished. The room is located on the second floor (storey room). All furniture and inventory (e.g. washing machine, furniture etc.) in the common rooms can be used. The fully equipped kitchen completes appliances and equipment incl. Dishwasher, extractor hood, etc. A simple rental contract is concluded. One does not have the risk of having to finance voids in a housing community. The rent & ancillary costs are flat-rate, which means you do not have annoying registration and registration. There is no additional cost bill. The house is 145sqm tall and additionally has 19sqm basement (cellar & washroom) and terrace 15sqm and garden (estimated 40sqm).
The weekly basic cleaning is included (without the personal rooms - bathroom, kitchen, stairs, living room, hallway and garden spout).
The townhouse is located in Düsseldorf's north in the Rath district in a residential settlement. Public transport can be reached within 2-5 min walk. U71, 701, S6, 730 and 776. The stations are called Rath S, Rath Mitte S and Rotdornstraße. The Rather Waldstadion U72 stop is 8 minutes away. The S-Bahn is a 9-minute drive to the main railway station. The University of Applied Sciences in Derendorf is only 6 minutes away by train. Shops are also within 2-5 minutes walking distance: Rewe, Aldi, DM, Rossmann, Net, Penny, Action, Two Turkish fruit & vegetable dealers, Deichmann, Takko, Family, Kik and Philipps. Italian restaurants, ice cream shops, bakeries and diner shops are also within 2-5 minutes. The Aaper Forest is within a 10-minute walk. The Aaper Forest is used as a recreation area for hikers, cyclists and riders.
It's a non-smoking WG. Living together is very relaxed, it can be cooked together (big kitchen), grilled (in the garden), quatsed and also enjoy doing something. Everyone, of course, also has the opportunity to withdraw once you want to be.
Everything can be spoken and I always have an open ear.

Floor heating is available in the living room & in the kitchen.
