Hey, dear room seekers!
The room is a white roof room of the "Giebel" type with a view of the Rhine Tower. Here you can make yourself comfortable. There are two roof windows and the room is always nicely bright. Overall thanks to the many wood also very pleasant.
There is a separate walk-in wardrobe at the bottom where the clothes can be stored, leaving enough space in the room.
Over a spiral staircase you come up where space is for bed and desk and your full development.
It would be good if you could take over the pallet bed and the white chest of drawers up and down! Viola had to, and she has no need anymore! :)
In the apartment there are two toilets with private shower, a washing machine, a kitchen and the other rooms. In addition, two spacious hallways to dry laundry.
Location 10/10. Absolutely awesome!
Located right next to the very cool Loretto street, between the police office and the church square (subway), everything is really all around the corner. You are super fast on the Rhine, can lie under the Rhine Tower, sunbathe on the paradise beach or stroll over the Rhine bank to the old town.
The train station is 25 minutes walk, with the bike 10 min. The Bilker avenue is also directly next door, the university also takes about 20 minutes.
From supermarket technology everything is around the corner!
I (Lennart) unfortunately leave the WG because it beats me to Cologne. Viola will change to my room. Then what will make Viola's room free for you.
Your new roommates are:
Sarah (25) studies media and cultural studies. From Sarah you can get super movie recommendations. Moreover, she is politically super interested and goes to the one or the other demo.
Viola (22) studies at the Kunstakademie in Düsseldorf. She plays this one or other instrument. Last acquisition was a double bass.
Besides, Viola cooks a lot and also super good.
And then Jacob (29), he works in a small logistics company in IT and also originally comes from Düsseldorf. Jacob likes to visit Punk and Hardcore concerts and is interested in politics and society.
