I am looking for an unfurnished WG room (I jab a own room facility) from 18m ² (smaller makes no sense because of my furniture), with hard floor (so no carpet, because: uh) and without roof slings (because: uh), up to 700 €warm (no more fits), in a WG in Düsseldorf, with WG experienced people with whom the chemistry is right.

But what I have no interest in are rich kids who buy houses to rent individual rooms more expensive.
I'm looking for a working WG with a WG life that deserves its name.

I have been living in my current 2er WG in Bochum since 2009. I am a quiet house in nice surroundings, with a few nice roommates, supermarkets nearby and very good public transport connection, very important, just like a common life.
Then I like to stay a little longer.

Since the apartment is being destroyed after my removal, I can't leave anything for new roommates here. Therefore, for example, I can take a lot of notice for a new start-up.
(I can release a list if necessary.)
So I'm not looking for a furnished room because I don't want to miss my room facilities.

I work in an IT department in the public service, near Düsseldorf. ‡

In and around Düsseldorf, friends of mine live and I am from there quickly in the Netherlands, where more social environment of me lives - and I also want to return to my beloved Rhineland - and to be much closer to my other half, who also lives in Düsseldorf in a WG.

In general, I like to go through everything that is in place in a rational and target-oriented way to find an optimal solution - an open, honest and direct word is better for me than to talk about the hot bush or not to talk about things or only weeks later.
Then you'd better be right away.

In my free time I like to cook and bake (rolls, pizza, if necessary Pie or cake), do power sports and take photos and I like game evenings. I also pay attention to my health (I am vaccinated - against almost everything) and my (vegetarian) diet.
(To prevent misunderstandings of the mind:
I don't care about something else.)

Musically, depending on the mood, I fluctuate between metal, hard rock, pop, electronic music and hipHop, in room strength (no, not the room strength with the music can be heard in all rooms).

Otherwise, I'm a fan of cooking together or spontaneously talking in the kitchen through the night. Gone
When it's a party, I'm about to get caught. ‡
But if I'm to settle down, I want my rest. ‡

It may in fact in exceptional cases (e.g.
I do not smoke in closed rooms, that is, in case of need, at the door or Balcony. ‡

Cats get along very well with me (I can start less with dogs) I tend not to have anything against pets as long as they have nothing against me. ‡

Moin ihr,

ich suche ein unmöbliertes WG Zimmer (ich jab ne eigene Zimmereinrichtung) ab 18m² (kleiner macht keinen Sinn wegen meiner Möbel), mit Hartboden (also kein Teppich, weil: 🤧) und ohne Dachschrägen (weil: 🤕), bis 700€ warm (mehr passt nicht), in einer WG in Düsseldorf, mit WG erfahrenen Leuten, mit denen die Chemie stimmt.

Woran ich aber kein Interesse habe, sind rich kids, die Häuser kaufen um einzelne Zimmer teurer vermieten zu können.
Ich such nach einer funktionierenden WG mit nem WG-Leben, dass seinen Namen verdient.


In meiner derzeitigen 2er WG in Bochum wohne ich seit 2009. Mir ist ein ruhiges Haus in netter Umgebung, mit ein paar netten Mitbewohnern, Supermärkten in der Nähe und sehr guter ÖPNV Anbindung, sehr wichtig, genau wie ein gemeinsames Leben.
Dann bleibe ich auch gern wieder etwas länger.😇👍🏾

Da die Wohnung nach meinem Auszug kernsaniert wird, kann ich nichts für neue Mitbewohner hier lassen. Daher kann ich z.B. für ne WG Neugründung viel auffahren.
(Liste kann ich bei Bedarf rausgeben.)
Insofern suche ich kein möbliertes Zimmer, weil ich meine Zimmereinrichtung nicht missen möchte.

Ich arbeite in einer IT Abteilung im öffentlichen Dienst, in der Nähe von Düsseldorf. 😎

In und um Düsseldorf wohnen Freunde von mir und ich bin von da aus schnell in den Niederlanden, wo noch mehr soziales Umfeld von mir wohnt - außerdem will ich wieder in mein geliebtes Rheinland zurück - und viel näher bei meiner anderen hälfte sein, der auch in Düsseldorf in einer WG wohnt.

Generell mag ich es, alles was anliegt rational und zielorientiert durchzuquatschen, um eine optimale Lösung zu finden - ein offenes, ehrliches und direktes Wort ist mir lieber, als um den heißen Brei zu reden oder Sachen nicht oder erst Wochen später anzusprechen.
Dann lieber sofort und gut is.🤷🏾‍♂️

In meiner Freizeit koche und backe ich gern (Brötchen, Pizza, ggf. Kuchen oder Torte), mache Kraftsport und Fotografiere und mag ich Spieleabende. Außerdem achte ich auf meine Gesundheit (bin geimpft - gegen fast alles) und meine (vegetarische) Ernährung.
(Um 😁 Mistverständnissen 😁 vorzubeugen:
Mir is egal was andere essen. 😉)

Musikalisch schwanke ich, je nach Gemütslage, zwischen Metal, Hard Rock, Pop, elektronischer Musik und HipHop, in Zimmerlautstärke (nein, nicht die Zimmerlautstärke mit der Musik in allen Zimmern zu hören ist 😁).😎

Ansonsten bin ich ein Fan davon zusammen zu kochen oder spontan in der Küche die Nacht durchzuquatschen.🤷🏾‍♂️
Wenn mal Party ist, bin ich eher dabei als mich einzuigeln. 🥳
Wenn ich mich einigel, will ich aber meine Ruhe.😉

Es kann tatsächlich in Ausnahmefällen (z.B
Besuch, Partys) mal passieren, dass ich mal was rauche, allerdings nicht in geschlossenen Räumen, dh. notfalls vor der Tür bzw. Balkon. 😎

💚Katzen💚 kommen mit mir sehr gut aus (mit Hunden kann ich weniger anfangen) tendenziell hab ich nix gegen Haustiere, solange die nichts gegen mich haben.😉
(Ich kann im Zweifel auch wild herummarodierende, mitteleuropäische Achtbeiner fangen und entmieten. 😉)


Allgemein eher introvertiert, extrem sortiert und ordentlich, gesellig, bischen Streber aber Genussmensch und handwerklich im wesentlichen talentunbelastet... 🤷🏾‍♂️ ...etwas prollig, häufig etwas zu direkt und ehrlich, ziemlich nerdy mit meinen Themen, eigentlich aber ganz lieb.😁
(Sheldon Cooper is mir übrigens sympathisch.🙃)
Außerdem mag ich recht flache Wortwitze und -> 🙂.

Fratzenbuch und tiktok hab ich nicht.
Am ehesten erreicht man mich über die chatfunktion und wenn die Chemie stimmt, auch über whatsapp bzw. noch lieber über signal. 😉
