Das Zimmer liegt mit dem Fenster zur Straße und ist tagsüber ziemlich hell. Da die Fenster gut isoliert sind, hört man eigentlich kaum was von der Bahn oder den Autos. ;)
Wir haben ein (zurzeit noch) leeres Wohnzimmer und einen Balkon, der vom Wohnzimmer erreichbar ist. Wäre schön wenn dem Wohnzimmer mal etwas Leben eingehaucht würde.
Ein Fahrradkeller und ein seperaten Keller gibt es auch noch.
Das Zimmer sollte mindestens 3 Monate gemietet werden, gewünscht wäre aber natürlich länger.

The room has a window facing the street and is quite bright during the day. As the windows are well insulated, you can hardly hear anything from the train or cars ;)
We have a (currently still) empty living room and a balcony that is accessible from the living room. It would be nice to breathe some life into the living room.
There is also a bicycle storage room and a separate cellar.
The room should be rented for at least 3 months, but of course longer would be desirable.
Die Zeppelinstraße in Eller mit Haltestelle (Am Hackenbruch) für die U75 und 701, welche in 2 Minuten zu erreichen ist. Auch ein Rewe (3 Minuten), ein Penny (5 Minuten) sowie ein Rossmann (5 Minuten) sind gleich nebenan.
Innenstadt ist in 15 Minuten mit der U-Bahn erreicht. Der Hauptbahnhof in 10.
Die Straße is ziemlich ruhig und bis jetzt habe ich noch keine schlechten Erfahrungen hier gemacht.

The city center can be reached in 15 minutes by subway. The main train station in 10.
The street is quite quiet and so far I haven't had any bad experiences here.
Ich bin dein neuer Mitbewohner Karli.
Ich bin Masterstudent an der HHU, 28 Jahre alt und schreibe gerade meine Masterarbeit. Das heißt wohl auch, dass ich viel Zeit Zuhause verbringen werde.
Ich würde sagen im Allgemeinen bin ich ein ziemlich ruhiger Mitbewohner, mag es aber auch lange und tiefgründige Gespräche zu führen. Außerdem bin ich im Zusammenleben eher unkompliziert.
Ich verbringe gerne Zeit mit meinen Freunden offline und online, singe, male und zocke gerne. Ansonsten habe ich einen festen Partner, der auch hier ist. Ich interessiere mich sehr für alles was mit Kunst und Kultur zutun hat und bin immer offen für sowas!
Worauf ich nicht so stehe sind fette Parties at home. Für mich soll es in den eigenen vier Wänden eher ruhig und gemütlich zugehen und das Partyleben wird dann eben nach draußen getragen.
Schwierig sich so kurz zu beschreiben, am besten wir lernen uns natürlich einfach bei der Besichtigung kennen.

I'm your new flatmate Karli.
I'm a Master's student at HHU, 28 years old and I'm currently writing my Master's thesis. I guess that also means I'll be spending a lot of time at home.
I'd say I'm generally a pretty quiet flatmate, but I also like to have long and in-depth conversations. I'm also rather uncomplicated when it comes to living together.
I like to spend time with my friends offline and online, sing, paint and play games. Apart from that, I have a steady partner who is also here. I'm very interested in everything to do with art and culture and am always open to that!
What I'm not into are big parties at home. I prefer things to be quiet and cozy within my own four walls and then take the party life outside.
It's difficult to describe myself so briefly, so of course it's best if we just get to know each other during the viewing.
Das Gas muss zum 01.12. neu angemeldet werden, da der letzte Mieter das übernommen hatte. (ca. 60 Euro im Monat)
Ich übernehme zurzeit die Stromrechnung.
Es wird eine Ablöse von 200 Euro für die Waschmaschine (400 Euro) gefordert.
Internet werde ich auch zum 01.12 neu beantragen müssen, wobei der Betrag dann auch nochmal unter uns geteilt wird.
Zu guter letzt wünsche ich mir gerne eine/n Mitbewohner/in die/der vor allem auf ihre/seine Sauberkeit achtet (Nicht-Raucher) und wie ich etwas ruhiger vom Wesen her ist. Ich würde mich sehr über eine Beschreibung von dir, deinem Leben und deiner Tätigkeit freuen. Wenn du Insta hast, kannst du mir das auch gerne dazu schicken.

I am currently paying the electricity bill.
I am being asked to pay 200 euros for the washing machine (400 euros).
I will also have to apply for internet on 01.12, whereby the amount will be split between us again.
Last but not least, I would like a roommate who pays attention to his/her cleanliness (non-smoker) and, like me, is somewhat calmer in nature. I would really appreciate a description of you, your life and what you do. If you have Insta, you can also send it to me.
