At 01.03.25 I'm ideally looking for a roommate between 24-34 years.

The room is about 18 sqm and has no furniture.
The apartment has access to a seprate large kitchen, small balcony and a modern shower.

The location is centrally located at Derendorf S.

I work mostly remote full-time from home and would like to maintain a quiet living atmosphere.
This means that an arrangement should be held when several people enter the apartment.
I don't smoke, have no pets and don't want to introduce this into the apartment.
I am relatively open, cumbersome, neat, like to go sports and love food.
Our WG life should not be a purpose-WG, so it would be nice if you understand yourself well and occasionally take something together, for example cook together. : Nevertheless, everyone should have their privacy and not feel too restricted.

The apartment is completely relocated, i.e. there are no furniture, also no kitchen, etc. That means you have to get together a kitchen, etc., which can probably take a few weeks.
