As our current roommate moves into a separate apartment, we are looking for a new roommate in February.
The room is ideally cut, so you can accommodate all the necessary furniture despite the 12sqm. There is a large window, which brings a lot of light into the room. It is also not completely towards the road and is therefore quite quiet. Opposite your door is the bathroom. We also have a basement where you can park bicycles or other things.
The apartment is located in the heart of Oberbilk! The stops Ellerstraße (U79, U76), Gangelplatz (701) and Wingsstraße (706) are only 5 minutes away - the Hbf, the old town and the HHU campus are therefore easily accessible.
The Volksgarten is directly down the street and is suitable for walks and picnics in summer. Aldi, net, Penny and Edeka are also within 5 minutes walking distance. Otherwise there are some nice bars, restaurants, snacks, bakeries and bakeries in the neighborhood.
Yace (they/them) is 20 years old and studies transculturality at HHU. Yace is one of the founding fathers of the WG and has transformed her room into a studio/bookshop where she is currently artistically active. She likes to do a lot with the WG people to take over the DJ role and dance.
Marisa is 22 years old and is currently engaged in her Bachelor thesis in Art Science. Together with Yace, she regularly tastes new bars in Düsseldorf and visits the latest museum exhibitions in the region. It is also the coffee drinker of the WG - with it the two espresso machines of the WG are also included.
Gina is 20 years old and currently studies social sciences at HHU. She is the second founding father of the WG, loves to check out food spots and thrift to go. She is also super music-interested and likes singing and piano games. It resembles the WG through its relaxed way and is also the chef.
Gina and Marisa both have a partner and in general we regularly have friends, so you should be tolerant to guests :) If you have a partner, they are welcome. However, we talk when someone comes by and a respectful and direct handling is very important to us.
Because of our previous experience with order and cleanliness, we are looking for a person who is responsible and brings WG experiences. We have a cleaning plan that has so far been held and use Splitwise to divide up the costs for cleaning things, etc.
