Small, very cozy, fully furnished room. The price includes Wi-Fi, bed linen, towels. The room has to be kept clean, the rest of the apartment is cleaned. There is a bathroom used by the two roommates. My kids and I use a different bathroom. In the kitchen the two roommates have a refrigerator for themselves and storage space in the kitchen cabinets.

Super location in Flingern, many nice cafes and shops nearby and best ÖPNV connection.

Ich wohne mit meinen Kindern (Mädchen, 13 Jahre und Junge 16 Jahre, sehr ruhige Kinder) unseren zwei Katzen und unserer Mitbewohnerin (21 Jahre alt) im Dachgeschoss, wo wir 2 Wohnungen gemietet haben. Es ist also eine Familien-WG. Ich bin Grafik-Designerin und arbeite von zu Hause aus.

Ich biete das Zimmer erstmal für einen begrenzten Zeitraum an (10 Februar bis 30 April), wenn alles gut passt, ist eine längere Mietdauer möglich. Auch kürzere Zeiträume sind möglich, dann erhöht sich allerdings die Miete. Sprich mich gerne an.
