We offer student accommodation (WG-Zimmer) in our privately owned and managed 3 student houses in Duisburg (Neudorf) and Mülheim. All information and application ONLY on our website www.student-room-duisburg.de
1 Place in a SHARED Room (room for 2 (TWO) Persons) on Oststrasse 104 in Duisburg-Neudorf.
1 place is already taken by newcoming UDE student.
We search for 2nd Person for the 2nd place in the room.
Rent 290 EUR !PER PERSON! till end of Sept, 310 EUR from October onwards.
The MINIMUM rental period is 12 months.
Official rental contract with ANMELDUNG (city registration)
ONLY for students, researchers, and language course students.
The room will be provided to 2 tenants fully furnished:
- 2 x Beds 90x200 with Mattresses
- 1 big working table for 2 people
- 2 chairs
- Wardrobe
The kitchen has with all the necessary equipment.
The flat is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance from the street.
Warm rent includes the following costs per Room: Kaltmiete, all utility costs incl. Heating and Electricity.
Tenants need to pay additionally only for Internet (ca 10 EUR per person) and Radio&TV tax GEZ (3 EUR per person) directly to providers.

The deposit is fixed 700 EUR per Person and can be paid in 2 instalments in 2 months (350/ 350).
An official Rental contract and Wohnungsgeberbescheinigung (document for city registration) are provided.
