Lebendiges Mehrfamilienhaus in Dusslingen sucht ab sofort zwei neue MitbewohnerInnen für eine WG (3erWG). Die Zimmer sind schön und hell und haben eine schöne Aussicht in den Garten. Außerdem ein echtes Schnäppchen: 1 Zimmer á 11m2 für 350€ warm. Die WG verfügt über eine große Küche mit Kühlschrank und Herd, Wasserkocher etc. ein Bad mit Badewanne, seperates WC. Sat-Tv,W-Lan, eigener Festnetz-Anschluss, Waschmaschine und Gartenanteil.
Das Haus befindet sich in ruhiger Lage in Waldnähe; ideale Lernatmosphäre. Der Bahnhof ist zu Fuß in 7 Minuten zu erreichen und es bestehen gute Verbindungen nach Tübingen (2Stationen/7Minuten). Die Zimmer sind bezugsbereit, bei Bedarf auch Teilmöbliert. Ab sofort nach Vereinbarung zu besichtigen und beziehbar. Wir freuen uns über nette Interessentinnen!

Achtung: Die WG befindet sich zwar im Keller ist aber sehr hell, es handelt sich um keine abgeschlossene Wohnung sondern drei Einzelzimmer. Haustiere sind leider nicht gestattet.

The room is available from now on. Online and face-to-face visiting is possible.

The room is partly furnished including work table, work chair, and bed.

The cost of the rent covers heating and water. Electricity cost and Internet bill are 32Euros and 23 Euros, respectively. Additionally, radio tax, monthly 6 euros per person.

Currently, Burak and Taia are living here. Both of them are student at the University of Tübingen.

It is important to respect common living spaces, pay attention to minimum cleanliness and not make any disturbing noise at night.

The location of the room is located at Zeppelin Strasse 29 in Dusslingen. Ten minutes to train station by walking (2 Station from Tübingen to Duslingen.7-8 minutes roughly)

Be aware: The shared apartment is located in the basement but is very bright. It is not a separate apartment but consists of three single rooms. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
