Moin! Da ich für einen Monat in die Heimat fahre, möchte ich mein tolles Zimmer an jemanden vermieten, der/die Zimmerpflanzen top findet und Lust hat Balkonblick zum Wald zu haben. Das Zimmer ist zur Südseite gerichtet und ist schön hell. Die Mittagssonne prallt zum Glück nicht ins Zimmer rein aufgrund des Balkons. Am Balkon kann man sich sehr entspannt ausruhen und wenns dann doch zu viel Sonne ist, gibt's natürlich nen Sonnenschirm ;)
Cool wärs natürlich, wenn Du nen grünen Daumen hast, ansonsten kümmert sich mein MB um die Pflanzen. Achja, er ist auch ein echt cooler dude - kocht auch super und freut sich sehr bald mit Dir auch das eine oder andere indische Gericht zu kochen.

As I am going home for a month, I would like to rent out my great room to someone who likes houseplants and wants to have a balcony view of the forest. The room faces south and is nice and bright. Fortunately, the midday sun doesn't hit the room because of the balcony. You can relax on the balcony and if it's too much sun, there's a parasol of course ;)
Of course it would be cool if you have a green thumb, otherwise my MB will take care of the plants. Oh yeah, he's also a really cool dude - he's also a great cook and is looking forward to cooking one or two Indian dishes with you soon.

Die Bushaltestelle ist 7 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Der Wald ist direkt gegenüber Zimmer. Der Schwärzesee ist innerhalb 15 Minuten mit dem Rad erreichbar. Mein Rad kannst Du nach Absprache auch ausleihen :)
Supermärkte sind entweder 7 Minuten fußläufig (Netto) oder 10 Minuten mit dem Rad (Kaufland) erreichbar.
The bus stop is a 7-minute walk away. The forest is directly opposite Zimmer. The Schwärzesee can be reached within 15 minutes by bike. You can also borrow my bike by arrangement :)
Supermarkets are either 7 minutes away on foot (Netto) or 10 minutes away by bike (Kaufland).
