Das Zimmer ist nach Norden in den Hinterhof ausgerichtet, dadurch nicht super hell, dafür aber schön ruhig. Es gibt außerdem noch eine sehr geräumige Küche mit allem drum und dran und ein modernes Bad mit Badewanne. Das Haus hat einen Fahrradkeller und einen Hinterhof. Das Haus an sich ist ein sanierter Altbau.
achja, es gibt die Möglichkeit einige Möbel zu übernehmen.
The room faces north into the backyard, so it's not super bright, but it's nice and quiet. There is also a very spacious kitchen with all the trimmings and a modern bathroom with bathtub. The house has a bicycle cellar and a backyard. The house itself is a renovated old building.
btw: There is the possibility to take over some furniture

Die Wohnung liegt am Rand vom Leibniz Viertel, in 5 Gehminuten ist man am Markt/Hochschule und in 10-15 Gehminuten am Bahnhof. Mit dem Rad ist alles nur ein Katzensprung. Der Finowkanal liegt quasi vor der Tür und lädt zum Schlendern oder Radeln ein. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibts auch genug.
The apartment is on the edge of the Leibniz Viertel, a 5-minute walk to the market/university and a 10-15-minute walk to the train station. Everything is just a stone's throw away by bike. The Finow Kanal is practically on the doorstep and invites you to stroll or cycle. There are also plenty of shopping opportunities.

Ich, Felix, wäre dein Mitbewohner. Ich bin berufstätig, dadurch habe ich einen relativ geregelten Alltag und bin normalerweise von morgens bis frühen Abend nicht zuhaus. Ich geh ansonsten gerne mal feiern und bin recht offen was die verschiedensten Lebensentwürfe angeht.
Wie sich das WG Leben gestaltet hängt von uns ab. Wenns sich ergibt mach ich gern mal was zusammen. Gemeinsames Kochen, mal nen Film schauen oder in die Kneipe gehen. Ansonsten bin ich auch gerne draußen unterwegs und erkunde die Natur und Umgebung.
Wichtig ist mir, dass wir ein ähnliches Empfinden für Sauberkeit haben. Putzplan gibts nicht. Sollte aber selbstverständlich sein dass man sich ein bisschen abwechselt und die gemeinsamen Räume in einem benutzbaren Zustand hält.
Ansonsten finde ich direkte Kommunikation wichtig, das ist in einer zweier WG aber auch recht easy meiner Erfahrung nach.

I, Felix, would be your flatmate. I work, so I have a relatively regular daily routine and am usually not at home from morning to early evening. Apart from that, I like to go out partying and am quite open to different lifestyles. How life in a shared flat turns out depends on us. If it comes up, I like to do things together. Cooking together, watching a movie or going to the pub. I also like to go out and explore nature and the surrounding area.
It's important to me that we have a similar sense of cleanliness. There is no cleaning plan. But it should go without saying that we take turns and keep the shared rooms in a usable condition.
Apart from that, I think direct communication is important, but in my experience that's also quite easy in a two-person flat share.

Das Zimmer ist ab dem 1. März frei. Es gibt allerdings die Möglichkeit ab dem 18.2. schon einzuziehen, da ich selber ab dann im Urlaub bin und mein eigenes Zimmer frei wäre.
Room is available from 1 March. However, my own room might be available from 18 February, as I will be on holiday for 2 weeks.
