Das Zimmer hat ca. 11 qm, liegt auf der Nordseite des Gebäudes, was den Vorteil hat, dass es auch im Sommer nicht zu heiß wird. Außerdem ist das Fenster in Richtung einer Siedlungsstraße, sodass man auch nachts das Fenster offen lassen kann und vom Lärm nicht geweckt wird. Das Zimmer kann entweder unmöbliert oder nach Vereinbarung mit dem vorherigen Bewohner auch möbliert übernommen werden. Die Warmmiete dieses Zimmers beträgt 335 € pro Monat (inkl. Strom, Telefon, Internet, Rundfunkgebühren, etc.).
Möbel können (müssen aber nicht) auf Wunsch vom Vormieter übernommen werden.
In der Wohnung gibt es zwei Badezimmer, in jedem Stockwerk eines, wobei sich immer zwei Mitbewohner eins teilen. Die Wohnung hat eine Küchenzeile mit Geschirrspüler und Waschmaschine, ein geräumiges Wohn- und Esszimmer (ca. 40 qm) mit Sofalandschaft und ausreichend Verstaumöglichkeiten, einen Balkon sowie ein Kellerabteil für z.B. Fahrräder.
The room has about 11 sqm and is located on the north side of the apartment, which means that it does not become too hot in the summer there. Furthermore, the windows are oriented towards a quiet local street so that one can leave the window open at night without getting woken up by traffic noise. The room can either be taken over with or without furniture (in agreement with leaving roommate). The rent including heating, electricity, telephone, internet, broadcasting fees is 335 € per month.
In the apartment, there are two bathrooms (one on each level). Two roommates usually share one bathroom. The apartment has a kitchen unit with a dishwasher and a washing machine, a spacious living room (ca. 40 sqm) with a big sofa and sufficient possibilities for storage, a balcony as well as a cellar compartment for e.g. bicycles.
Die 4,5 Zimmer Maisonette Wohnung hat ca. 140 qm und befindet sich direkt im Zentrum von Eching. Es gibt in unmittelbarer Umgebung neben einem Supermarkt auch Bäcker, Friseure, Ärzte, Banken, einen Metzger, eine Apotheke, zwei Pizzerien, einen Getränkemarkt und alles was man sonst noch so braucht. Die S-Bahnstation der S1 ist in zehn Gehminuten zu erreichen, mit dem Rad in drei Minuten. Die Bushaltestelle Bahnhofstraße befindet sich 50m entfernt, hier halten die Linien 690 nach Garching Forschungszentrum und 695 nach Garching Hochbrück (U-Bahn). Der Unicampus in Garching ist mit dem Bus je nach Linie in 25-40 Minuten, mit dem Fahrrad in 20 Minuten und mit dem Auto in 10 Minuten zu erreichen. Vor dem Haus und um das Haus herum gibt es ausreichend Parkplätze. Eching bietet speziell im Sommer den Echinger See als Bade- und Naherholungsgebiet.
The 4,5 room maisonette apartment has 140 sqm and is located in the center of Eching. In direct vicinity, there are a super market, a bakery, hair dressers, doctors, banks, a butcher’s shop, a pharmacy, two pizzerias, a beverage market and much more. The nearby train station, from which the S1 leaves, can be reached in 10 minutes by foot or in three minutes by bike. The bus stop Bahnhofstraße is about 50 metres away. The lines 690 to Garching Forschungszentrum and 695 to Garching Hochbrück (underground) leave from there. The unicampus Garching can be reached by bus depening on the taken line in about 25-40 minutes, by bike in 20 minutes and by car in about 10 minutes. Around the house, there are enough spots for parking. Especially in the summer, Eching has the Echinger See to offer as bathing and local recreation area.
Du teilst dir die WG mit zwei waschechten Bayern , Daniel und Stephan. Wir haben teilweise einen recht unterschiedlichen Tagesrhythmus, aber treffen uns gerne am Abend um über den Tag zu quatschen. Wenn jemand keinen Bock darauf hat und sich in sein Zimmer zurückziehen möchte, alles gut! Gesucht wird jemand, der ordentlich ist und sich an einen Putzplan halten kann.
You will share the apartment with two Bavarian guys, Daniel and Stephan. From time to time, we have a different daily routine, but we like to meet in the evening and chat about the day. If one does not want to take part and would like to stay in his/her room, this is perfectly fine. We are looking for someone who is tidy and can stick to a cleaning plan.
