Das Zimmer hat ca. 16 Quadratmeter mit 2 großen Fenstern. Es ist nicht möbiliert. Die Wohnung ist mit 140 Quadratmetern sehr groß, im Badezimmer ist Dusche, WC und Badewanne vorhanden. Zusätzlich gibt es noch ein weiteres Gäste WC. Es gibt einen großen, wunderschönen Garten der mitbenutzt werden darf, zudem hat die WG einen großen Balkon und einen Wintergarten in dem geraucht werden darf. Parkmöglichkeiten gibt es genug im Hof.
Reitberg ist etwas außerhalb von Ergolding gelegen, jedoch ist man mit dem Auto innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten in Ergolding und auch beim nächsten Supermarkt. Auch mit dem Fahrrad ist es kein Problem, schnell nach Ergolding/Landshut zu kommen, da es sehr gute Fahrradwege gibt.
Wir sind eine offene, nette WG und legen Wert auf respektvollen Umgang miteinander. Gerne setzen wir uns abends auch mal zusammen, wenn es sich ergibt, respektieren aber auch die Privatsphäre der anderen. Wir sind alle drei kontaktfreudig, aufgeschlossen und hilfsbereit. Das WG Leben verläuft harmonisch und reibungslos.
Einzug ist ab sofort möglich.
