Ein Monatsmiete (600 EUR) als Kaution zu zahlen (Du bekommst die Kaution zurück, solange keine Schaden in der Wohnung bzw. im Zimmer entstehen).
Das Zimmer ist bereits mit dem Nötigsten ausgestattet (Tagesbett, Schrank, Schreibtisch, Arbeitsstuhl, großer Spiegel und Sessel - bei Bedarf sind Kissen, Bettwäsche etc.pp. vorhanden, ohne Mehrkosten).
Die Küche ist mit allen möglichen Geräten und Geschirr ausgestattet und Du bekommst einen eigenen Einbaukühlschrank und genügend Platz für deine Sachen. Es gibt eine Waschmaschine im Badezimmer.
Die Miete ist ein Pauschalpreis (so genannten "Pauschalmiete"). D.h. alle Nebenkosten sind im Preis enthalten. Es erfolgen keine Nachzahlungen oder Entschädigungen und Du bekommst keine Nebenkostenabrechnung oder sonstige Nachweise.
Haustiere sind leider nicht erlaubt. Auch ist das Zimmer nur für eine Person zu mieten: das heißt, Du kannst das Zimmer nicht an Dritte (unter)vermieten oder das Zimmer mit einer anderen Person teilen / zusammenleben. Leider sind keine minderjährigen Kinder/Babys oder Paare erlaubt (aufgrund der Größe des Zimmers).

One month's rent (600 EUR) as a deposit to be paid (you will get the deposit back as long as there is no damage to the flat or room).
The room is already equipped with the most necessary things (day bed, closet, desk, work chair, big mirror and armchair - if needed pillows, bed linen etc. are available, without extra costs).
The kitchen is equipped with all kinds of appliances and dishes and you get your own built-in fridge and enough space for your things. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
The rent is an all-inclusive price. I.e. all ancillary costs are included in the price. There will be no additional payments or compensation and you will not receive a utility bill or other proof.
Pets are unfortunately not allowed. Also, the room is for rent for one person only: that means you can't (sub)rent the room to third parties or share / cohabit the room with another person. Unfortunately, no underage children/babies or couples are allowed (due to the size of the room).

Die Wohnung liegt in guter Lage (Erlangen-Bruck), sowohl FAU-Hauptcampus (17 min) als auch FAU-Südcampus (Technische Fakultät etc.) sowie Siemens-Campus sind mit S-Bahn (S1) und Bussen (294, 284, 293, 280, 285) gut zu erreichen (auch mit dem Fahrrad recht angenehm). Der Hauptbahnhof Erlangen ist 12 min entfernt.
The apartment is in a good location (Erlangen-Bruck), both FAU main campus (17 min) and FAU south campus (Technical Faculty etc.) as well as Siemens campus are easy to reach by S-Bahn (S1) and buses (294, 284, 293, 280, 285) - also quite pleasant by bike. The main train station Erlangen is 12 min away.
Wir halten gerne Ordnung und halten die Gemeinschaftsräume (vor allem die Küche und die Bäder) sauber.
Da wir keine Spülmaschine haben, spülst Du dein Geschirr mit der Hand.
Wenn du noch nie ein Bad geputzt hast oder nicht bereit bist, es zu lernen, ist dieses Angebot vielleicht nichts für dich ;)
Du musst dein eigenes Zimmer sauber halten und mithelfen, wenn wir die Gemeinschaftsräume gemeinsam putzen.
Wir ziehen unsere Schuhe aus, bevor wir die Wohnung betreten, und Du darfst daher in der Wohnung nicht mit den gleichen Schuhen laufen, die Du auf der Straße trägst - also bring einfach ein Hausschuhe mit ;)
Ansonsten bist Du herzlich eingeladen, mit uns zu kochen, zu essen oder auszugehen, wenn Du möchtest.

We like to keep things tidy and keep the communal areas (especially the kitchen and bathrooms) clean.
As we do not have a dishwasher, you will wash your dishes by hand.
If you have never cleaned a bathroom before or are not willing to learn, this offer may not be for you ;)
You must keep your own room clean and must join in when we clean the communal areas together.
We take off our shoes before entering the flat and you cannot walk inside the house with the same shoes you wear on the street. Please adjust yourself accordingly and just bring some homeshoes ;)
Otherwise, you are welcome to cook, eat or go out with us if you like.
