Na dann schonmal herzlichen Glueckwunsch!!!
Hier ist das perfekt Zimmer fuer einen unbeschwerten Start ins Studium. Entfernung zur Hochschule 3min Fussweg bergab durch den Park.
Die Wohnung ist sehr liebevoll saniert, der Dielenboden wurde erhalten. Es gibt eine moderne Einbaukueche und auch sonst finden sich die ein oder andere nette Detailløsung. Die wohnung ist hell und sehr gut fur eine WG geeignet! Beide Zimmer (15,5m+17,5m) sind noch frei!! Teilmøbliert nach Absprache. 2x Schreibtisch vorhanden!
Ich bin selbst Student an der AKS und vermiete die Wohnung weil ich zur Zeit in Dånemark ein Auslandssemester mache.
