Unser Haus liegt im schönen Feldafing am Starnberger See nur 3 Gehminuten zur S-Bahn Station Feldafing. Wir haben einen Rewe Supermarkt 5 Gehminuten vom Haus entfernt. Es gibt in Feldafing diverse Ärzte und auch Physiotherapeuten, ein Krankenhaus, Geschäfte für den täglichen Bedarf. Die S-Bahn hat direkte Anbindung an München und man ist in 30 - 40 Minuten in München Hauptbahnhof.
Es gibt ein Strandbad und ein kleines Pub sowie diverse Restaurants.
Es ist hier eher etwas ruhiger, wer also das lebendige und laute Stadtleben sucht, ist hier falsch. Dafür findet man hier Erholung, viel Ruhe und wunderschöne Natur.
Bis in die Alpen sind es ca. 30 - 40 Minuten mit dem Auto/Bahn.
Our house is located in the beautiful Feldafing at the Starnberger See only 3 minutes walking distance to the S-Bahn station Feldafing. We have a Rewe supermarket 5 minutes' walk from the house. In Feldafing there are various doctors and also physiotherapists, a hospital, shops for daily needs. The S-Bahn has a direct connection to Munich and you can reach Munich main station in 30 - 40 minutes.
There is a lido and a small pub as well as various restaurants.
It tends to be a little quieter here, so if you are looking for the lively and noisy city life, this is not the place for you. Instead, you will find relaxation, peace and quiet and beautiful nature.
The Alps are about 30-40 minutes away by car/train.
Unsere 'WG' besteht aus 2 Personen und einem Hund. Mein Mann und ich sind erst im Juli 2023 nach Bayern gezogen und werden Anfang nächstes Jahr mit meiner Schwester und ihrem Mann zusammen leben, bis dahin suchen wir einen Untermieter, der für ein halbes Jahr (mit Option auf Verlängerung) mit uns Haus und Hof teilt. Wir sind sehr weltoffen und vielseitig interessiert. Wir kochen gern, quatschen auch gern mal bei einem Glas Wein oder Bier. Wir können uns aber auch diskret zurück ziehen, wenn Du mal Deine Ruhe brauchst. Wir sind da eher unkompliziert, lieben die Natur unseren Hund und sind viel draußen unterwegs.
Wir würden uns freuen, wenn Du uns eine zeitlang auf unserem Weg begleitest und freuen uns wenn Du Dich meldest.
Our 'WG' consists of 2 people and a dog. My husband and I only moved to Bavaria in July 2023 and will be living with my sister and her husband at the beginning of next year, until then we are looking for a subtenant to share the house and yard with us for half a year (with an option to extend). We are very open-minded and interested in many things. We like cooking and chatting over a glass of wine or beer. But we can also retreat discreetly if you need some peace and quiet. We are rather uncomplicated, love nature, our dog and are out and about a lot.
