Important in advance: You can speak either English or Spanish!
Since I will leave my beloved room at the Westbahnhof to 01.03, it is now looking for a new tenant. The room is about 20 square meters. Due to the cut it has its own little corners, but this is not a problem, because the room is very large.
Through the two windows it is actually always nice and bright and you can even enjoy a bit of skyline view.
The two windows both face the Westbahnhof.
I have the room a few months ago freshly painted, you do not have to renovate it when you move out again but can just leave it as found.
The location is good for those who like a lot of choice. The Westbahnhof is about 5 minutes walk away. There are buses and suburban trains, with which you need about 10 minutes to the city. Then there is a streetcar stop, this is about 3 minutes away and you can then take the train to the fair and from there the subway, or just take the StraBa to the station.
Just opposite the house is a Rewe, which is also still very new and very well stocked. In addition, the Leipziger Straße is also only about 12 minutes on foot, where there are then also other markets such as Aldi and generally a few stores.
Marian and Artur live in the flat-share, Marian is from Spain and Artur from Portugal. Artur has sublet his room to Fatima, who is also very nice. Marian is in his early 30s and works in a daycare center during the day. The WG life is all in all very peaceful and relaxed. We are neither a WG that constantly does something, nor a pure purpose WG. If you have a chat in the evening or in the kitchen or smoke a cigarette, that's fine, but if everyone wants to be in their own room, that's just as good. Quite classically according to the motto: Everything can, nothing must!
The Apartment has a washing machine. Also Theres a bathroom with bathtub.
