Das Zimmer ist 14qm groß, gut geschnitten und hat ein großes Fenster. Das Zimmer an sich ist nicht möbliert, sonst ist die Wg aber full ausgestattet. Die Wohnung selbst liegt im 1. Stock, hat zwei Bäder – sowohl Dusche, als auch Badewanne - einen weitläufigen Flur, eine große Küche, in der man perfekt zusammen Zeit verbringen kann (was wir auch gern tun), und – das Beste kommt zum Schluss – einen großen Balkon. Außerdem gibts einen Fahrradkeller sowie einen eigenen Kellerraum.
Anna wird Mitte Februrar ausziehen, d.h. du könntest auch schon zeitnah einziehen.

The room is 14 square meters, well cut and has a large window. The furniture in the pictures is not included. The apartment itself is on the 1st floor, has two bathrooms - both shower and bathtub - a spacious hallway, a large kitchen that is perfect for spending time together (which we also like to do), and - saving the best for last - a large balcony. There is also a bicycle storage room and a separate cellar room.
Anna will be moving out mid february, which means you could also move in soon.
Die WG liegt an der Grenze Nordend-Eckenheim in der Nähe des Hauptfriedhofs. Verkehrstechnisch ist man mit der direkt gegenüber fahrenden U5 in 12 min an der Konstablerwache und 5 min später auch am Hauptbahnhof.
Der 34er Bus, der auch um die Ecke abfährt, bringt dich in 5 min zum Dornbusch und in 10 Minuten nach Bornheim Mitte.
Auch mit dem Rad ist man schnell überall, z.B. in der Stadt oder am Campus Westend (jeweils 12 min und immer sanft bergab).
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind auch direkt um die Ecke. 2 min fußläufig ist ein Gutkauf. Aldi, Tegut, Penny und REWE sind in wenigen Gehmin erreichbar.
Die Wohnung liegt am Rande des Nordends. Das heißt, man ist schnell auf der Berger Straße oder im Nordend.
Günthersburgpark und Huthpark sind auch nur 10 min entfernt - also alles um dich herum, was das Herz begehrt.
The shared flat is located on the Nordend-Eckenheim border near the main cemetery. In terms of transport, the U5 underground line running directly opposite takes you to Konstablerwache in 12 minutes and 5 minutes later to the main railway station.
The 34 bus, which also leaves from around the corner, takes you to Dornbusch in 5 minutes and to Bornheim Mitte in 10 minutes.
You can also get anywhere quickly by bike, e.g. into the city or to Campus Westend (both 12 minutes and always gently downhill).
Shopping facilities are also just around the corner. A supermarket is a 2-minute walk away. Aldi, Tegut, Penny and REWE are only a few minutes' walk away.
The apartment is on the edge of Nordend. This means that you are quickly on Berger Straße or in Nordend.
Günthersburgpark and Huthpark are also only 10 minutes away - so everything your heart desires is just around the corner.
In der WG wohnen dann mit dir noch wir: Felix, Marisol & Simon. Felix und Marisol studieren Soziale Arbeit, Simon Politik & Soziologie.
Auch wenn jede*r von uns ziemlich viel im Alltag zu erledigen hat, verbringen wir gerne und vergleichsweise viel Zeit miteinander. Gerne auch mal mit einem Wein und viiel Kaffee.
Wir haben gerade einen neuen Kühlschrank besorg, dh die Ablöse wäre 25 Euro :)
Wir sehen die WG als unser Zuhause an. Unser gemeinsames Zusammenleben ist entspannt und harmonisch.
Jede*r hat ein offenes Ohr für die*den andere*n und wir fühlen uns hier sehr wohl. Deshalb würden wir uns freuen, wenn du das genauso siehst.

Even though each of us has quite a lot to do in everyday life, we like to spend a lot of time together. Sometimes with a glass of wine and lots of coffee.
We see the shared flat as our home. We live together in a relaxed and harmonious way.
