Das helle Zimmer ist rechteckig und hat ein bodenlanges Fester, der obere Teil kann geöffnet werden. Eine Rolle ist zur Verdunklung angebracht. Das Zimmer wird unmöbliert vermietet oder bei Interesse teilmöbliert mit Bettt und Kleiderstange. Die Wohnung ist super modern mit grossem Küchen/Wohnbereich mit Sofa und Fernseher sowie einem Balkon und zwei Bädern. Es gibt auch einen Tiefgaragenstellplatz, der idealerweise noch für 60 EUR zusätzlich dabei wäre. Das Zimmer kann auch befristet gemietet werden (der Abschlag fällt dann weg), minimal Dauer sind 3 Monate.

In our 3 person flat a room will be free starting in mid January or beginning of February. The light filled room is rectangular and has a floor-length window, the upper part of which can be opened. The room will be unfurnished but could also be left with a bed and clothes rail. The apartment is super modern and has two bathrooms, a balcony, a living area with sofa and tv as well as a big open kitchen. There is also a parking space which is currently not used and it would be a plus if you can use it (60 EUR additionally). The room can also be rented for a fixed time period, but at least 3 months.
Die Lage unserer Wohnung im lebendigen Gallusviertel ist unschlagbar. Direkt vor der Haustür befindet sich eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, die dich in nur 10 Minuten zum Hauptbahnhof bringt. Zudem erreichst du in nur 8 Gehminuten mehrere S-Bahn-Linien (S3, S4, S5, S6), die eine nahtlose Anbindung ermöglichen.

The location of our apartment in the lively Gallusviertel is unbeatable. Directly in front of the door is a streetcar stop that takes you to the main train station in just 10 minutes. In addition, you can reach several S-Bahn lines (S3, S4, S5, S6) in just 8 minutes on foot, which provide seamless connections.
Du wirst diese WG mit zwei Mitbewohnern teilen - Felix und Paul. Felix, 26 Jahre alt aus Deutschland, ist sportbegeisterter mit vielen anderen Hobbies und arbeitet in der Reisebranche. Paul, 27 Jahre alt aus Irland, arbeitet im Finanzsektor und genießt gemütliche Abende zu Hause, Filme und ein Glas Wein.
