The room is around 20m2 and square-shaped, not facing the street so you will have plenty of space and quiet time. The furniture includes a bed, table, wardrobe, dresser, bookshelf, rubbish bin. You can decorate it or not at all, however you want :))) There are also many electric sockets so very easy to move things around. I bought the chair from the previous tenant and would like to leave it for €40. The kitchen has utensils, fridge, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, table and chairs. The bathroom has a sink, mirror, electric socket, toilet, 1 big and small shelf, bathtub and shower head.
The apartment is on the 3rd floor of a building. It is a 6 minutes walk from Frankfurt-Höchst bahnhof, 3 minutes to the bus station. So it's quite near the central area, which have Rewe, Penny, Rossmann, DM, Woolworth, Tedi, etc. all within 10 minutes walk. There is also a big asian market (Asia Center). The area is well-connected, you can easily drive a car, use bus, bike, or walk around. From the bahnhof, you can take S1 or S2 to Frankfurt hbf in 10 minutes.
Your future roommates are Svenja and Aruna. Svenja (30) is an avid reader, play guitar, and completing her teaching degree in History. Aruna (27) loves to go to the gym, is working in a dental clinic but also learning an extra degree. We often talk about our days or any interesting topics when meeting in the kitchen. Sometimes we will plan a dinner or go out together. But everyone is working so we understand quiet and rest time is very important. We hope to maintain this atmosphere in the WG.
We cook individually and share the cost of common items like cleaning supplies. For cleaning schedule, each of us will take turns to clean 1 room of the common area (bathroom, kitchen, floor) every week. If you need to be away for a few weeks, everyone will help out with your part. Because there's only 1 bathroom, so friends can come over (no more than 2 days) and you should let others know ahead in the group chat to arrange.
The rent includes €500 to the landlord, €6 (radio/GEZ) to Svenja, €10 (wifi) to Aruna. So in total, it is €516/month. The deposit €750 will go to the landlord, your rental contract is also signed with him. Fee for the chair in the room is €40. The move-in date can be a bit later, we can discuss about it.
