Das 21 qm Zimmer im Nichtraucher Haus (nonsmoker House) ist gemütlich, mit Doppelbett und Arbeitsecke,
und Schrank etc. siehe Foto, ist ab 31.3. bis 31.8.025 zu haben, Verlängerung danach zu 90% möglich, aber nicht sicher. Das Zimmer ist neu- in 021- gebaut und liegt im DG, das Haus hat insg. 3 stockwerke mit insg. 145 qm Wohnfläche, hat 5 separate Einzelzimmer! Zwei Tageslicht Dusch Bäder, 1 GästeWC, ein 100 qm Garten mit Sitzecke, Rauchen hier gern... , eine gemütliche 23 qm gr. Wohnküche mit Waschmaschine, spülma etc. Die Nebenkosten sind ALLE inkludiert, auch Internetkosten und GEZ-
Gebühr.
800 meter von FRANKFURTER Stadtgrenze = U-Bahnstation Niederursel.
In 8 Minuten zu Fuss erreicht ihr U- ODER S-Bahnstation, 1300 meter Entfernung bis Frankfurter UNI Campus Riedberg.
S-Bahnstation ist Steinbach , von dort zur Ffm City, ca. 15 Minuten. Oder andere Orte, Flughafen etc. Per Auto ist Frankfurt am Main, Randgebiet innerhalb von 5 Minuten (Niederursel) erreichbar, da nur 1,6 km entfernt.
Die Wohngemeinschaft ist freundlich, weltoffen, studentisch, oder nachstudentisch, 2-3 im Homeoffice.
Alle Zimmer, auch das grosse hier im DG sind separat zugänglich, das Haus hat mit 145 qm Wohnfläche verteilt auf drei Stockwerke genug Platz für Intimität und Rückzug, aber auch für Gemeinschaft, zb. 23 qm Wohnküche! Garten!
Alles kann, nichts muss ist hier das Motto.
Das Zimmer ist ab 31.3., vermutlich ca. ab spät Nachmittags bezugsbereit, und spätestens ab da auch zu mieten.
Mindestmietzeit: 5 Monate. Bitte gleich mailen von wann bis wann ein Zimmer gesucht wird, DANKE.
Möglich auch: Videocall falls ihr noch nicht in der Gegend seid. Gebt Bescheid ob ihr kommen wollt, könnt direkt oder
Videocall euch lieber ist.
