Helles Zimmer in bester Lage Nr 2

Die WG liegt direkt am Friedberger Platz wo die Straßenbahn direkt vor der Haustüre hält. Außerdem befindet man sich zwischen den Haltestellen Musterschule und Merianplatz und ist somit auch mit der U Bahn super angebunden. Nicht weit ist die Berger Straße mit jeglichen Essens und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, das wundervolle Strandcafe, ein Rewe direkt um die Ecke und auch zur Konstablerwache und somit zur Zeil läuft man nur 15 min.
Zum Campus Westend ist man mit schnellem Schritt in 20 Minuten.

The shared apartment is located directly at Friedberger Platz, with the tram stopping right in front of the building. Additionally, it is situated between the Musterschule and Merianplatz stations, providing excellent U-Bahn connections.
The popular Berger Straße, with numerous dining and shopping options, is just a short walk away, as well as the wonderful Strandcafé and a Rewe supermarket right around the corner. Konstablerwache, and therefore the Zeil shopping street, can be reached in just 15 minutes on foot.
The Westend Campus is only a 20-minute walk away at a brisk pace.

Da drei der Mitbewohnis zum März/April ausziehen, bleibt Lena als Hauptmieterin in der Wg. Sie und Ira (ihr Hund) sind sich selbst noch nicht ganz so sicher wielange sie noch bleiben möchten, bis Ende des Jahres steht allerdings fest. Weiteres kann gerne erfragt werden oder beim kennenlernen geklärt werden. Die Wg wird sich auf jeden Fall grundlegend neu gestalten. Wie in allen schon länger bestehenden WGs gibt es in der Küche alles was das Herz begehrt und ein kleiner Garten ist auch mit am Start. Die Wg war ist ein stark politischer Raum der durch politische Gespräche sowie eine ähnliche politische Einstellung geprägt ist weshalb du dafür offen und außerdem queer-friendly, feministisch und politisch links 🍉sein solltest. Mit Ira solltest du außerdem gut klarkommen und offen dafür sein ab und und er würde sich extrem freuen, wenn du ab und zu mit ihm Gassi gehst.

Since three of the current flatmates are moving out in March/April, Lena will remain as the main tenant. She and Ira (her dog) are still unsure how long they will stay, but they will definitely be there until the end of the year. Further details can be discussed upon request or during a meet-up. The WG will undergo a fundamental transformation with the new tenants.
As in all long-established shared apartments, the kitchen is fully equipped with everything you could need, and there is also a small garden.
The WG has always been a highly political space, shaped by political discussions and a shared political stance. Therefore, you should be open to this environment and also be queer-friendly, feminist, and politically left-leaning 🍉.
You should also come along with Ira and he will love it if you like to walk him from time to time

Über das Einzugsdatum lässt sich quatschen, evtl ist es etwas flexibler (sogar früher) :)

Vom 2. Zimmer was im März frei wird sind die Bilder am Schluss in dieser Anzeige ebenso drinnen. Es existiert aber auch eine eigene Anzeige dafür, also nicht wundern. Hier die (nicht genauen) Daten der anderen Zimmer:
