Ein taiwanesischer Student sucht eine Unterkunft

Hey! Ich bin Jun-Hsien Lai, ein 23-jähriger Student aus Taiwan. Derzeit studiere ich an der HfMDK mit dem Hauptfach Blockflöte. Meine Muttersprache ist Chinesisch, und ich spreche auch Deutsch und Englisch. Zurzeit suche ich ein neues Zuhause und hoffe, im Oktober oder November einzuziehen.

Ich höre normalerweise gerne Musik, mache gerne Fitness und wenn ich Zeit habe, reise ich gerne und erlebe verschiedene Kulturen. Manchmal schaue ich Filme oder Animationen, und ich genieße es auch, Basketballspiele (NAB) anzusehen. Ich liebe auch Tiere! In Taiwan habe ich sechs Katzen und einen Hund, also wenn das Zimmer Haustiere erlaubt, ist das für mich kein Problem.

Mein Tagesablauf ist regelmäßig, und ich halte das Zimmer ruhig. Ich übe keine Instrumente im Zimmer (das mache ich in der Hochschule), rauche nicht und trinke nicht viel Alkohol. Ich trinke nur, wenn ich mich mit Freunden treffe.

Hi! I'm Jun-Hsien Lai, a 23 years old student from Taiwan. I am currently studying at HfMDK, majoring in Recorder. My native language is Chinese, and I can also speak German and English. Currently, I am looking for a new home and hope to move in around October or November.

I usually enjoy listening to music, work out, and whenever I have time, I like to travel and experience different cultures. Sometimes I watch movies or animations, and I also enjoy watching basketball games (NAB). I also love animals! I have six cats and one dog in Taiwan, so if the room allows pets , it's not a problem for me.

My daily routine is regular, and I keep the room quiet. I don't practice instruments in the room (I do that at school), don't smoke, and I'm not a heavy drinker. I only drink when socializing with friends.
