Im 1. Obergeschoss des Hinterhauses eines schönen, alten Altbaus auf der Braubachstrasse zwischen Römer und Museum für Moderne Kunst liegt eine 5er WG mit hauptsächlich japanischen und koreanischen Mitbewohnern.
Die Wohnung ist 95m2 groß und hat neben den Zimmern eine große Gemeinschaftsküche und zwei Badezimmer. Das kleine, aber sehr helle Zimmer Nr. 1 in der WG ist ca. 9m2 groß, ist mit einem sehr praktischen Klappsofa möbliert, es gibt noch einen kleinen Arbeitstisch und einen Kleiderschrank. Die WG hat schnelles Internet (bis 250MBit) mit WLan 6, eine große, gut eingerichtete Gemeinschaftsküche mit Herd, Backofen, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Spülmaschine und jede Menge Abstellmöglichkeiten für die Einkäufe und Vorräte. Dort steht auch einen großer Eßtisch für alle. Außerdem gibt es noch ein kleines Abstellzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, davon 1 großes mit Dusche und Badewanne, Waschbecken und Toilette und das zweite Badezimmer mit Toilette und Waschbecken.
Man kommt sowohl über eine Treppe als auch einen Aufzug in den 1. Stock der WG, die Mitbewohner sind alle Japaner und Koreaner.
Die Nebenkosten werden pauschal mit 150€/Monat berechnet und beinhalten neben den üblichen Mietnebenkosten, Strom und Heizung, als auch Nutzung der Waschmaschine und das Internet. Die Kaltmiete ist 345€, Möblierungszuschlag sind 100€/Monat. Insgesamt beträgt die Bruttomiete 595€, die Kaution 1000€.

The flatshare for 5 persons is located on 1st floor of the rear building of a beautiful old building on Braubachstrasse, between Römer and the Museum of Modern Art. The roommates are all male, all of them Japanese and Korean guys.
The apartment is altogether 95m2 in size and disposes of one large shared kitchen and 2 bathrooms in addition to the rooms. The small, but very bright room no. 1 in the shared flat is approx. 9m2 in size, is furnished with a very convenient sofa-bed (132*190cm), there is a small working desk and a wardrobe. The flat share has fast internet (up to 250MBit) with WLan 6, a large, well-equipped kitchen with stove, oven, fridge and freezer, dishwasher and plenty of storage space for shopping and supplies. There is a large dining table for everyone. We also have a small storage room, 2 bathrooms, 1 large with shower and bathtub, washbasin and toilet and the second bathroom with toilet and washbasin.
There is both a staircase and an elevator to the 1st floor of the shared flat.
The incidental rental costs are charged at a flat rate of €150/month and include the usual incidental rental costs, electricity and heating, as well as use of the washing machine and internet. The basic rent is 345€, furnishing surcharge is 100€/month. The total gross rent is 595€, the deposit is 1000€.
This room will be available from April 1st 2025.
Diese WG liegt in der Innenstadt zwischen Römer und Museum für Moderne Kunst im Hinterhaus eines Altbaugebäudes. Vor der Tür liegt eine Straßenbahnhaltestelle, zur U-Bahnhaltestelle Dom/Römer, als auch zur Konstablerwache oder Hauptwache ist es nur ein kurzer Fußweg. In der Innenstadt ist das Abstellen eines Autos eher eine Qual, dafür ist das Mainufer quasi der Vorgarten, endloses Joggen dort macht Spaß.

This shared flat is located in the city center between the Römer and the Museum of Modern Art in the rear building of an antique building. There is a streetcar stop right outside the door, and it is only a short walk to the Dom/Römer subway station and the Konstablerwache or Hauptwache. In the city center, parking a car is rather a pain, but the banks of the Main are practically your front garden, where endless jogging is fun.
Die WG-Mitbewohner sind alle asiatische Männer, meist Japaner, Koreaner, alle sind berufstätig.
Rauchen in der WG wird nicht gewünscht.
