Das Zimmer ist möbliert und man hat einen recht schönen Ausblick zur Rückseite des Hauses, daher sehr ruhiges Zimmer. Bett (160x200) mit qualitativ hochwertiger Matratze, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, kleines Sofa (siehe Fotos)
The room is furnished and offers a rather nice view to the back of the house, making it a very quiet room. It includes a bed (160x200) with a high-quality mattress, a desk, a wardrobe, and a small sofa (see photos).
Ruhiges Viertel (Westend) und trotzdem nur ca. 150 Meter von der U-Bahnstation Messe.
Quiet neighborhood (Westend) and yet only about 150 meters from the Messe subway station.
Meine Mitbewohnerin Laura und ich werden diese Monate recht viel arbeiten müssen und bevorzugen daher ein eher ruhiges WG-Leben. Wir sind beide berufstöätig und du solltest auch schon etwas erwachsener sein. Ich bin ca. jede dritte Nacht bei meiner Freundin und Laura ist eigentlich nur alle 2 Wochen 3-4 Tage da. Wenn wir zuhause sind, sind wir allerdings ab und zu durchaus für ein gemeinsames Kochen zu haben.
PS: Die WG ist sauber und der Putzplan wird stringent eingehalten
My roommate Laura and I will be quite busy over the next few months, so we prefer a quieter shared apartment atmosphere.We're both occupied with work, and you should also be somewhat more mature. I spend about every third night at my girlfriend's place, and Laura is usually here only every two weeks for 3-4 days. When we're both home, we occasionally enjoy cooking together.
P.S. The apartment is kept clean, and we strictly follow the cleaning schedule.
