Lara, die dritte Maus im Bunde, macht einpaar Auslandsmonate und kommt dann wieder zurück. Bis dahin überlässt sie dir gerne ihr möbliertes Zimmer, bei fragen ist sie euer erster Ansprechpartner.
Dein Zimmer ist ca. 12m² groß und die Miete beträgt 516€ warm.
Das Zimmer ist von Anfang Februar 2025 bis Ende April 2025 frei. Wir freuen uns auf eine entspannte gemeinsame Zeit.

Lara, the third mouse in the bunch, is spending a few months abroad and will then come back. Until then, she'll be happy to let you use her furnished room, and she'll be your first point of contact if you have any questions.
Your room is approx. 12m² and the rent is 516€ warm.
You'll have the room all to yourself from the beginning of February 2025 until the end of April 2025, so you'll have plenty of time to settle in and get to know the area. We can't wait to spend some quality time together!

Die Friedrich-Ebert Siedlung ist eine ruhige, grüne und familienfreundliche Gegend im Gallus. Zu Fuß ist die Tram Station "Wickerer Straße" (Tram 11, 14 und 21) 5 Minuten entfernt. Zum HBF fährt man ca. 15 Minuten. Aldi, Penny, Lidl und Rewe und auch andere Einkaufsmöglickeiten sind ca. 5 bis 10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt.

The Friedrich-Ebert Siedlung is a quiet, green and family-friendly area in Gallus. The station “Wickerer Straße” (trams 11, 14 and 21) is a 5-minute walk away. The main station is about 15 minutes away. Aldi, Penny, Lidl and Rewe as well as other shopping facilities are about 5 to 10 minutes walking distance.

Wir ( Conny 28, Didem 28, Lara 24 ) sind eine offene und lustige Wg, die immer für Spaß zu haben ist. Wir kochen gerne zusammen, oder chillen auf unseren Terassen. Manchmal sind wir laut und verrückt, manchmal etwas ruhiger, aber auf jeden Fall kann man mit uns auch gut einen Drauf machen. Damit musst du klar kommen oder dich einfach uns anschließen. Wir sind gerne kreativ, stehen auf Pflanzen (schön wenn du einen grünen Daumen hast) und sind ansonsten sehr locker, aber meist auch eine recht ordentliche und saubere WG.
Wir haben einen Hund auf den Didem aufpasst, in der WG.

!!Raucher WG!! (du musst natürlich nicht rauchen, aber damit klar kommen, dass in der Bude geraucht wird)

Schreibe uns am besten ein bisschen über dich und wie du dir ein ideales Zusammenleben vorstellst. ( Was ist dir wichtig?)

We ( Conny 28, Didem 28, Lara 24 ) are open and funny flatmates who are always up for fun. We like to cook together or chill out on our terraces. Sometimes we're loud and crazy, sometimes a bit quieter, but either way we're great to have a good time with. We are expecting you to be in peace with a lively WG, or just join us :) We are creative people, who alsolike plants (great if you have green fingers) and are very easy-going, but also a very tidy and clean flat share.

We have a dog that Didem looks after in the shared flat.

!!! Smoking flat share!!! (of course you don't have to smoke, but you have to be able to cope with the fact that people smoke in the flat) - We air the rooms very often and have no problems with odors.

Die Wohnung ist ein Passivhaus. Wir haben 2 Bäder. Unsere 2 Terassen sind auf der Sonnenseite. Den Abstellraum haben wir zum Kleiderschrank für alle umfunktioniert. Natürlich haben wir noch einen Keller und einen Fahradkeller.

The apartment is a passive house. We have 2 bathrooms. Our 2 terraces are on the sunny side. We have converted the storage room into a closet for everyone. Of course we also have a cellar and a bicycle cellar.
