Roommates: Currently there are 3 other male tenants who are all employed, so you will have a quiet, unobstructed environment. They are rarely home during the day.
Shared rooms: They have access to a fully equipped kitchen, a shared bathroom and a guest toilet.

It's in the city centre, Frechen. The Frechener Town Hall is a 5-minute walk away. All shopping markets in the city centre are just a 5-minute walk away. Public transport is a 2-minute walk away. From there, tram line 7 goes directly to Cologne city centre in 30 minutes.
Aldi is a 5-minute walk away.
All supermarkets are within walking distance.

Mitbewohner: Derzeit gibt es 3 weitere männliche Mieter, die alle berufstätig sind, sodass Sie eine ruhige, ungezwungene Umgebung haben werden. Sie sind tagsüber selten zu Hause.
