I'm renting my snucky feel-good room. In the room is the 140m podium that gives you peace and security. A small but fine sitting area on which you can make yourself comfortable. Many plants that should get some love and attention over the period, so I would like to ask you to take care of them during your stay :)

What should I say, the location speaks for itself: 3 min walk and you are in the lake park to jog, walk. Bakers, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy all within a 5-minute walk. The S1 takes you right in front of the front door and takes you to the city centre in 7 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house and a walk along the tributary is also not far away.

To us, we are Julia and Lisa-Marie (my room is for rent) and have been living together for 4 years. We are both fully employed and not at home during the day. When we get home, it's important to us to recover and not clean the stuff away from the other. Our apartment has a certain basic order which is important for both of us that it is adhered to. Everyone takes responsibility, there is no cleaning plan or the like. I would say we live in a very normal adult community we eat together when it fits and tell us about the day but there are also days where each one seeks their tranquility in their room.

Julia works around the clock on her doctoral thesis and savours the quiet weekends in our beautiful and cozy apartment. She likes to cook and goes to sports.
