What should I say, the location speaks for itself: 3 min walk and you are in the lake park to jog, walk. Bakers, supermarket, restaurant, pharmacy all within a 5-minute walk. The S1 takes you right in front of the front door and takes you to the city centre in 7 minutes. Parking is available in front of the house and a walk along the tributary is also not far away.

Was soll ich sagen, die Lage spricht für sich: 3 min zu Fuß und du bist im Seepark zum joggen, spazieren gehen. Bäcker, Supermarkt, Restaurant, Apotheke alles in weniger als 5 Gehminuten zu erreichen. Die S1 fährt direkt vor der Haustür ab und bringt dich in 7 min in die Innenstadt. Parkmöglichkeiten gibts vor dem Haus und die ein Spaziergang an der Dreisam entlang ist auch nicht weit entfernt.

To us, we are Julia and Lisa-Marie (my room is for rent) and have been living together for 4 years. We are both fully employed and not at home during the day. When we get home, it's important to us to recover and not clean the stuff away from the other. Our apartment has a certain basic order which is important for both of us that it is adhered to. Everyone takes responsibility, there is no cleaning plan or the like. I would say we live in a very normal adult community we eat together when it fits and tell us about the day but there are also days where each one seeks their tranquility in their room.

Julia works around the clock on her doctoral thesis and savours the quiet weekends in our beautiful and cozy apartment. She likes to cook and goes to sports.
If you hate incense sticks and can't smell, then you probably can't smell us

Zu Uns, wir sind Julia und Lisa-Marie (mein Zimmer ist das zu vermieten) und leben schon seit 4 Jahren zusammen. Wir sind beide voll berufstätig und tagsüber wenig zu Hause. Wenn wir nach Hause kommen ist uns doch schon wichtig, dass wir uns erholen und nicht noch das Zeug vom Anderen weg räumen müssen. Unsere Wohnung hat eine gewisse Grundordnung die für uns beide wichtig ist das sie eingehalten wird. Jede übernimmt Verantwortung, es gibt keinen Putzplan oder ähnliches. Ich würde sagen wir leben in einer ganz normalen Erwachsenen Wohngemeinschaft wir essen gemeinsam wenn es passt und erzählen uns vom Tag aber es gibt auch Tage wo jede ihre Ruhe in ihrem Zimmer sucht.
Mal so mal so ;).

Julia arbeitet rund um die Uhr an ihrer Doktorarbeit und geniest die ruhigen Wochenenden in unserer schönen und gemütlichen Wohnung. Sie kocht sehr gerne und geht zum Sport.
Falls du Räucherstäbchen hasst und nicht riechen kannst., dann kannst du uns wahrscheinlich auch nicht riechen ;) just saying :)

I would empty the room with all my personal stuff so you can fully unfold and enjoy the oasis in full.

Das Zimmer würde ich mit all meinem persönlichen Kram leer räumen sodass du dich voll und ganz entfalten kannst und die Oase in vollen Zügen geniessen kannst.
