Relatively central location in Breisach with 3 minutes walk to the bus stop, 8 minutes to the train station and 12 minutes to the city centre; 25 minutes from Freiburg; trains are available in a half-hour clock and in addition buses to Freiburg.

The location is very good for students from the Technical University of Freiburg or professional at the Frauenhofer Institute in Freiburg, fast accessibility.

Our small residential area in Ida-Frank-Straße is very pleasant with loud terraced houses and nice neighbors to feel good.

A Lidl and Aldi are located in the immediate vicinity, and there are still 2 good supermarkets on site, one of them close to the train station (8 minutes walk).

Relativ zentrale Lage in Breisach mit 3 Minuten Fußweg zur Bushaltestelle, 8 Minuten zum Bahnhof und 12 Minuten in die Innenstadt; 25 Min. von Freiburg entfernt; es fahren Züge im halbstunden-Takt und zusätzlich Busse nach Freiburg.

Die Lage ist für Studenten der Technische Uni Freiburg oder Berufstätige am Frauenhoferinstitut in Freiburg sehr gut, schnelle Erreichbarkeit.

Unser kleines Wohnviertel in der Ida-Frank-Straße ist sehr angenehm mit lauter Reihenhäuschen und netten Nachbarn zum Wohlfühlen.

Ein Lidl und Aldi befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe, weiterhin hat es noch 2 gute Supermärkte am Ort, davon einer direkt in Bahnhofnähe (8 Min. zu Fuß).

We are a WG of professionals and a student. So far we have always had enriching international cooking promotions or dinner together, which is simply beautiful.

I like to speak French and English well and look forward to this if there is an opportunity.
At night the Wi-Fi is switched off, LAN is available day and night, even for mobile phones.
Info for allergy sufferers: The whole house has barely carpeted floors.

There is a garden where something can be planted. The terrace can also be used.

Kitchen and baths are clean and smell good:), in winter the fireplace is fired as required, with the central heating being an important factor only for cosiness. Also the rooms are all good to heat as the house was built in 2008 it is very well isolated and in good condition.

Once a week, a cleansing force that cleanses baths and floors regularly comes, in addition, each roommate sweeps a specific area once a week. If the cleaning power fails, we share the work with each other.

Wir sind eine WG von Berufstätigen und einem Student. Bisher hatten wir immer mal wieder bereichernde internationale Koch- Aktionen oder Abendessen zusammen, was einfach schön ist.

Ich spreche gerne und gut Französisch und Englisch und freue mich, falls sich Gelegenheit dazu bietet.
Nachts wird das W-LAN ausgeschaltet, LAN steht Tag und Nacht zur Verfügung, auch für Handys.
Info für Allergiker: Das ganze Haus hat kaum Teppichböden.

Es gibt einen Garten in dem auch gerne etwas angepflanzt werden darf. Die Terrasse kann auch gerne genutzt werden.

Küche und Bäder sind sauber und riechen gut :), im Winter wird der Kamin je nach Bedarf angefeuert, wobei es durch die Zentralheizung nur für die Gemütlichkeit ein wichtiger Faktor ist. Auch die Zimmer sind alle gut zu heizen, da das haus 2008 gebaut wurde ist es sehr gut isoliert und in gutem Zustand.

Einmal in der Woche kommt regulär eine Reinigungskraft, die Bäder und Böden putzt, zusätzlich fegt jeder Mitbewohner einmal wöchentlich ein bestimmtes Areal. Wenn die Reinigungskraft ausfällt teilen wir uns die Arbeit untereinander auf.

We are best available by phone, Mo-Fr. 8-21 am and Sa/So from 10-21 pm under number (see contact info). The emails are not retrieved daily, so quick feedback is only possible by phone.

Unusual:
1 roommates do not drink fish, meat or eggs and disgusts with the smell, so we prefer to rent vegetarians or someone who does not cook eggs or meat warm here, raw fish does not go - this is super odour intensive; Milk products are not a problem.
Please indicate the eating habits or the info whether this is conceivable.

GEZ fee and cost for WG material such as washing powder, hand soap, sink, household towels are already included in the 15 € other costs.

I ask you to write only if the following three questions are clear and answered:
that the situation in Breisach is in principle in question and is in order;
with an indication as to whether the person who wants to move in smokes, please also indicate occasional smoking,
with an indication as to whether the person or persons concerned can feel comfortable even if there is no warm meat to prepare meals or fish.

Ungewöhnlich:
1 Mitbewohner verträgt kein Fisch, Fleisch oder Eier und ekelt sich vor dem Geruch, daher vermieten wir am liebsten an Vegetarier oder an jemanden, der hier nicht Eier oder Fleisch warm zubereitet, roher Fisch geht auch nicht - der ist super geruchsintensiv; Milchprodukte sind kein Problem.
Zuschriften bitte mit Angabe der Essgewohnheiten oder mit der Info ob das vorstellbar ist.

GEZ Gebühr und Kosten für WG Material wie Waschpulver, Handseife, Spüli, Haushaltstücher sind schon in den 15 € sonstige Kosten enthalten.

Ich bitte ausdrücklich darum mit nur zu schreiben wenn folgende drei Fragen klar sind und beantwortet werden:
dass die Lage in Breisach prinzipiell in Frage kommt und in Ordnung ist;
mit einer Angabe ob derjenige der einziehen möchte raucht, bitte auch gelegentliches Rauchen angeben,
mit einer Angabe ob sich der oder die Betreffende vorstellen kann sich wohl zu fühlen auch wenn hier keine warmen Fleisch Mahlzeiten oder Fisch zubereitet werden kann.
