WG rooms in 7 house WG WG-Zimmer in 7er Haus WG

This is a house with plot and garden in the Günterstal. It is about 12 minutes by bike or tram to the city centre.

We live in a large house, which lies directly on the mountain and the edge of the forest, and also not far from the nearest tram stop. (5 minutes walk)

Behind the house is directly the forest and a hiking trail, opposite a large meadow field.

You can park on our property or directly on the street.

Bicycle shed is also included.

Es handelt sich hierbei um ein Haus mit Grundstück und Garten im Günterstal. Es sind ca. 12 Minuten mit Rad oder Tram in die Innenstadt.

Wir wohnen in einem großen Haus, welches direkt am Berg und Waldrand, und auch nicht weit weg von der nächsten Straßenbahnhaltestelle liegt. (5 Minuten Fußweg)

Hinterm Haus ist direkt der Wald und ein Wanderweg, gegenüber ein großes Wiesenfeld.

Parken kann man auf unserem Grundstück oder auch direkt an der Straße.

Fahrradschuppen ist auch dabei.

Our WG life is very spontaneous, as almost all work or study. It's always someone at home. But if you need your rest, you can also go back to your room or garden around the house. If it is offered, we also like to do something together or sit comfortably together with a (or more) beer/wine/hot Schoki home. It is also often cooked together, which can be further developed. We do some basics, some of us also more beyond.(Refrigerator Communism yeah)

Since everyone also has their own hobbies and circles of friends, of course, they are often all completely involved for small or large enterprises.

On the whole, we are a rather colorful, warm-hearted team, we like and wish someone who also wants to spend time in and around the house.

We all care that our home is a safe(r) space for everyone. And: communication is key!

Unser WG-Leben gestaltet sich sehr spontan, da fast alle arbeiten oder studieren. Es ist eigentlich immer jemand zu Hause. Wenn du aber mal deine Ruhe brauchst, kannst du dich auch in dein Zimmer oder im Garten ums Haus herum zurück ziehen. Wenn es sich anbietet, machen wir natürlich auch gerne mal was zusammen oder sitzen gemütlich bei einem (oder mehr) Bier/ Wein/Tee/heiße Schoki daheim zusammen. Es wird auch oft zusammen gekocht, was gerne weiter ausgebaut werden kann. Teilen tun wir einige Basics, einige von uns auch noch mehr darüber hinaus.(Kühlschrank Kommunismus yeah)

Da jede*r auch seine eigenen Hobbys und Freundeskreise hat sind natürlich eher selten alle komplett für kleine oder große Unternehmungen dabei.

Im Großen und Ganzen sind wir eine recht bunte, herzliche Truppe, haben uns gerne und wünschen uns jemanden die auch Lust hat, im und rund ums Haus Zeit zu verbringen.

Uns allen ist wichtig, dass unser zu Hause ein safe(r) space ist für alle. Und: communication is key!

If you are looking for relaxation and cozy rounds at home, it should be right here :) We left the whole wild party times a little behind us. (But once a year at least one WG party takes place)

Other

We still have a housecat (Oskar) that is a lot outside but we all take care of together (e.g. buy cat food:D). So you should not have a problem with animals in the best case.

Wenn du Zuhause eher Entspannung und gemütliche Runden suchst, sollte es hier genau richtig sein :) Die komplett wilden Partyzeiten haben wir ein bisschen hinter uns gelassen. (Es findet aber einmal im Jahr mindestens eine WG Party statt)

Sonstiges

Wir haben noch einen Hauskater (Oskar), der viel draußen ist, um den wir uns aber alle gemeinsam kümmern (z.B. Katzenfutter kaufen :D). Du solltest also im besten Fall kein Problem mit Tieren haben.

Schreib uns einfach etwas über dich, was du dir wünschst und brauchst. Pluspunkt: Zeig dabei, dass du die Anzeige wirklich gelesen hast. Wir sind ganz gespannt auf dich!
