We are looking for a new roommate from about 40J to approx. In the middle of 50 (non-smoking*in) for our working, rather quiet, cozy 4 WG in a rental house syndicates project in Freiburg-Gutleutmatten.
The room is 12.30 m2 tall, with the window towards southeast with a view of a small green oasis in the middle of the city. The apartment has a large kitchen for all, a large bathroom with a bathtub, a small bathroom and a balcony.
We live here collectively, that is, we have honest interest in the life of the other, are open also for common actions such as eating together, game evening, walking, concert etc... . In addition, we agree on the basics worn by all for food (we feed predominantly vegan/vegetarian), cleaning agent, toilet paper etc. and have a common WG checkout for this.
We discuss and distribute together the WG tasks (purchasing, cleaning, cleaning...) and then take care of it independently and responsibly. :

Wir sind auf der Suche nach einer/-m neuen Mitbewohner*in ab ca. 40J. bis ca. Mitte 50 (Nichtraucher*in) für unsere berufstätige, eher ruhige, gemütliche 4er-WG in einem Mietshäusersyndikats-Projekt in Freiburg-Gutleutmatten.
Das Zimmer ist 12,30 m² groß, mit dem Fenster Richtung Südosten mit Blick auf eine kleine grüne Oase mitten in der Stadt. Die Wohnung hat eine große Wohnküche für alle, ein großes Bad mit einer Badewanne, ein kleines Bad und einen Balkon.
Wir leben hier gemeinschaftlich, heißt, wir haben hier ehrliches Interesse am Leben des anderen, sind offen auch für gemeinsame Aktionen wie zusammen essen, Spieleabend, Wanderung, Konzert etc… . Zudem einigen wir uns auf die von allen getragenen Basics fürs Essen (wir ernähren uns überwiegend vegan/vegetarisch), Putzmittel, Klopapier etc. und haben dafür eine gemeinsame WG-Kasse.
Wir besprechen und verteilen zusammen die WG-Aufgaben (Einkaufen, Putzen, Aufräumen…) und kümmern uns dann eigenständig und verantwortungsvoll darum. :)
Weiterhin ist das Leben hier von den Strukturen eines Mietshäusersyndikatsprojekt geprägt, dazu gehört die Teilnahme an regelmäßigen Haus-Plena und AG´s – Stichwort SELBSTverwaltung. :)
