Our WG is located on the third floor of a terraced house. In addition to a kitchen, a shared bathroom and a washing machine, we can also use the bicycle cellar and even have a separate compartment in the cellar, which serves primarily as a storage space.
The room itself (approx. 16m2) is square cut and offers direct access to a communal balcony overlooking the meadow behind the house and Lorettoberg. Window and balcony door are east and are perfect for a sunny start to the day!
We are looking for someone who takes part in the longer term, as this would be more pleasant for both landlords and the remaining roommates.
The WG is located in Haslach near the press house. A bus station with direct connection to the main station is approx. 5min walk from the apartment and a tram station of line 5 only a few meters further. You need about 15min by bike. to the city center, but if you drive fast enough, you can also make it in less than 10min.
Also just a few minutes walk away is a large Edeka, but also an Aldi and Lidl are easily accessible.
The area is quiet and the meadow behind the house can be shared.
There are plenty of free parking options in front of the house if you have a car.
We live third in our WG. Your new roommates are John (Joe) and Ariane. I (Jannick) pull out in spring to start my repetitorium in Tübingen.
Joe studied law and is currently at the Referendariat, Ariane studied teaching. Both like to do sports, where Joe moves a lot into the gym and Ariane runs (which often includes the sprint to the train). At home our everyday life takes place in the kitchen and we benefit from Joe's passion for cooking so that the kitchen leaves nothing to be desired on utensils (we even have a rice cooker and sodastream!). Ariane is the master of baking and often surprises with a very tasty Apple Crumble.
Since both have a lot to do, you often meet in the apartment only in the evening, but then enjoy chatting with each other. So we are not in any case a purpose WG.
In summer we use the balcony as a small garden and this year have successfully grown some tomato plants (mostly Joe's merit). It is also possible to grill on our balcony, which is very located on a relaxed summer evening.
Additional charges include internet, garbage and GEZ fees that are currently running over Joe.
The landlord also wishes a guarantee from parents.
We would like to hold the castings on 13-15-01, hopefully match the dates:)
