Das Zimmer befindet sich in der Rückseite der Wohnung, neben einem anderen Schlafzimmer. Es ist schön beabstandet und hat viel Platz. Ich verlasse die Möbel darin (ein sehr großer Kleiderschrank, ein Sofa, ein Doppelbett, ein Ikea-Büro-Tisch, zwei Schubladen und zwei Couchtische. Es gibt zwei Fenster mit Blick auf den Osten und eine Glas-Balkon-Tür mit Blick auf Westen, beide mit Remote gesteuerte Fensterläden. Der Balkonzugang ist vom Raum (ca. 3 m²).
Hinweis: Ich plane derzeit, meinen Mietvertrag Ende Mai zu beenden. Ich warte derzeit auf Bestätigung von meiner Vermieterin für die Kündigung meines Mietvertrags. In diesem Fall werde ich Ihre Informationen an die Wirtin und ein neuer Mietvertrag wird vorbereitet etwa Mitte Mai übermitteln. Falls die Mietvertragsabschlüsse verschoben wird, werde ich für die ersten 3 Monate einen "Sublet" -Vertrag schreiben, der der neue Mietvertrag von der Vermieterin folgt. Die Miete, Kaution und Nebenkosten zur Zeit angegeben werden aus meinen aktuellen Mietvertrag und Betriebskosten abgeleitet. Nach Beginn eines neuen Vertrags durch die Vermieterin kann die Zimmermiete (aber nicht Versorgungsrechnungen) ändert.

The room is in the back of the apartment, next to another bedroom.. It is nicely spaced and has a lot of space. I am leaving the furniture in it (one very large wardrobe, one sofa, a double sized bed, an IKEA office table, two drawers and two coffee tables. There are two windows overlooking towards east and a glass balcony door overlooking west, both with remote controlled shutters. The balcony access is from the room(about 3 sqm).
NOTICE: I am currently planning to end my rental contract at the end of May. I am currently awaiting confirmation from my landlady for the termination of my rental contract. In this case, I will forward your information to the landlady and a new rental contract will be prepared around mid May. In case the rental contract termination is postponed, I will write a "sublet" contract for the first 3 months, which will be followed by the new rental contract from the landlady. The rent, deposit and utility costs currently stated are derived from my current rental contract and utility bills. Upon the start of a new contract by the landlady, the room rent(but not utilities) can be subject to change.
Die WG
Unsere WG befindet sich in einem Mehrfamilienhaus im 2. Stock.
Alle Zimmer haben Laminat. Küche, Flur und Bad sind gefliest (im Sommer ist es so angenehm Kühl in der Wohnung)
Die Küche ist sehr gut ausgestattet.
In der Wohnung gibt es eine kleine Spülmaschine und eine Waschmaschine.
Das Bad mit Badewanne wird mit allen geteilt.
Wir haben einen Balkon im größeren Zimmer, hier kann man tolle Sonnenuntergänge mit einem Glas Wein genießen.
Wir haben einen kleinen Keller.
Fahrräder kann man vor dem Haus oder im Hinterhof sicher abschließen.
Lage
Die WG ist sehr gut angebunden an die Öffentlichen Verkehrsmittel.
Die Bushaltestelle der Bus Linie 14 ist direkt vor dem Haus.
10 Minuten zu Fuß zur Straßenbahnhaltestelle Eschholzstraße/HBF.
15 Minuten zu Fuß in die Innenstadt.
25 Minuten mit dem Rad an die PH.
Bäckereien und Einkaufläden sind in Laufdistanz gut zu erreichen. Mit dem Fahrrad kommt man auch schnell zu Aldi, Lidl und co.

The Shared Flat
Our shared flat is located in an apartment building on the 2nd floor.
All rooms are laminated. Kitchen, hall and the bathroom are tiled.
The kitchen is very well equipped :)
In the apartment there is a small dishwasher and a washing machine.
The bathroom with bathtub is shared with all.
We have a balcony in the larger room, here you can enjoy great sunsets with a glass of wine.
We have a small cellar.
Bicycles can be locked in front of the house or in the backyard safely.
Hallo! Ich bin Emir. Ich habe seit Juli 2018 in diesem WG gelebt, und ich gehe jetzt nach Berlin für meine Doktorarbeit. Unser WG hat derzeit 3 Personen. Ich, Jacob, der derzeit in seinem letzten Jahr seines Bachelors in Biologie und Nadine ist, der ein 3-Monats-Praktikum in Freiburg tut. Von Juli wird Ellen, der seit 2019 hier gelebt hat, ein paar Monate zurückkommen, bevor sie ihre Ausbildung in Ulm beginnen.
Servus, ich bin Jacob, ich komme ursprünglich aus Karlsruhe und wohne seit 2018 in Freiburg. Derzeit studiere ich Biologie und mache jetzt meinen Bachelor. Bevor ich nach Freiburg gezogen bin, war ich eine Weile in Indien reisen und war vier Monate in einer internationalen Schule in Dänemark. Wandern, Radfahren und auch einfach gemeinsam was kochen oder zusammen 'nen Fim schauen, bin so ziemlich bei allem dabei!
Grundsätzlich suchen wir aufgeschlossene, gesellige und weltoffene Mitbewohner, die nicht nur zurückgezogen in ihren Zimmern hocken, wenn alle da sind. Wir genießen gute Gespräche bei ein paar Bier und guter Musik im Hintergrund. Außerdem sind gemeinsame Filmabende, Spaziergänge oder Wanderausflüge im Schwarzwald gerne gesehen. Trotz alledem respektieren wir natürlich die Privatsphäre eines anderen und erwarten natürlich das selbe ggü. uns. Die einzige rote Linie in der Wohnung ist für uns die Offenheit und das Verständnis für jeden Mitbewohner hinsichtlich seiner Identität, Lifestyle oä. Die Wohnung soll also für alle einen schönen “safe space” darstellen.

Hi! I'm Emir. I have lived in this WG since July 2018 and I am now moving out to conduct my phd studies in Berlin. Our WG currently has 3 people. Me, Jacob who is currently on his final year of his bachelor's in Biology and Nadine, who is doing a 3 month internship in Freiburg. From July, Ellen, who has lived here since 2019, will briefly come back for a couple months before starting her apprenticeship in Ulm.
Hey, I'm Jacob. I'm originally from Karlsruhe but I moved to Freiburg in 2018 for university. Currently I am studying biology and planning on finishing my Bachelor's this semester. Before I moved to Freiburg I was travelling a bit around India lived in Denmark where I attended an international school. I love traveling (even though that doesn't really seem to be an option for now) but also hiking, cycling, cooking together or just watching movies.
What we're basically looking for are very open minded roommates that enjoy each others company and not be a stranger to each other when we’re all home. We are people who enjoy good conversations over some drinks and music in the background and would be up for movie/game nights, city strolls with wgmates or going for a hike in the black forest. With that said, your privacy and personal space will definitely be respected whenever you would want and we humbly ask for the same. The only red line of the house will be that we will be open to and understanding of one another; be that our life styles, identity, orientation or otherwise. This is a safe space :)
