Balcony
Room
Hello her loved ones,
since I may travel more for the whole semester break my room is free for this period.
The room has its own balcony (north, unthought) and I would naturally take out my clothes etc, the furniture I just want to leave in for the short period. If someone has extraordinarily much stuff or 2 bikes, this can also be stored in the cellar over the period. I still hang the curtain bar on :) The apartment is quite large and still has a covered south-facing balcony, so you don't get on your feet. Bathroom and toilet are separate. The apartment is equipped with everything, washing machine, spy machine, coffee maker(s)... and kitchen with bar feeling, even if primarily coffee is consumed here;)
This kitchen is also a bit of a WG center, here the one or other hour is deliciously cracked. We have no fixed WG days or game nights, but we like to live together and are interested in a respectful measure of the lives of others. So it's all quite unavoidable, everyone disappears in my own room, but I just assumed a certain openness and social competence. My 3 dear roommates are all the beginnings/centers 20 and study Liberal Arts and Sciences, Educational Sciences or work in nursing - here comes a night shift, but Lisa gets it well with being:)
We are doing quite harmoniously, and of course I also wish this (for my roommates) with the rental.
In the 400€/month everything is in, for April it would be 2/3 of them, can be rented only for the entire period.
